Solid work here.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

And I think silence is acceptance (or at least not objection ... or at least not yet) is kind of the way of things right now. Too many things competing for attention.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Undead Demon seems a little weird to me. I'd pick one or the other and Demon seems like the more logical fit.

He's basically a zombie imbued with demonic powers, so I'm cool with it. If there was a zombified Raven design, she'd be an undead Demon too, so I don't think both are mutually exclusive in general.
