I wouldn't mind lifting the one-in-testing-at-a-time restriction. I'm not sure it would speed things up any, but I'd be willing to try it.
Side note on old retired designs: I'd really like to see that Yellow Lantern Hank Henshaw design get picked back up as well.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
