Not sure how we are doing the outgoing synergy but here is my stab at it.

Revealing an Order Marker on the card of a Terrorist or Mercenary hero you control will allow you to move one Yakuza Enforcer up to 5 spaces. Current Terrorists. Current Mercenaries.

If this looks right I'll add it to the FP.

How does this look for the bio?

Bio - The Yakuza traces its earliest roots back to the familial samurai clans of ancient Japan, founded to protect their members from those who would oppress or exploit them. They have since then morphed into Japanese organized crime syndicates with modern operations engaged in protection rackets, extortion, blackmail, human trafficking, prostitution, and smuggling. Though not as wide-spread as the Mafia, there are well-established organizations in America, North Korea and Mexico, as well as in other countries and cities where the criminal underworld can thrive like Madripoor. As such they have crossed paths with many of the worlds heroes and villains, such as the Wolverine, Viper, and the Silver Samurai, and have found that hiring themselves out as additional muscle for those operating in their sphere of influence can be a lucrative business model.

Yeah, outgoing synergy is on a case-by-case basis, and you've got the right idea. The one thing I try to do, as a style point, is reference which special power grants the synergy benefit. So I'd word it more like so:

• Revealing an Order Marker on the card of a Terrorist or Mercenary you control allows you to move Yakuza Enforcer up to 5 spaces with his Enforcer for Hire special power. Current Terrorists. Current Mercenaries.

Worth noting that the SP doesn't actually limit you to Terrorist/Mercenary Heroes, but any Terrorists/Mercenaries, so you could have them move-bond with the Hydra Agents or whatever if you wanted. May need to update the SP if that's not something you intend.

I know you mentioned wanting a Yakuza class line in the design template thread. For the moment, since we've just got Masahiro and there aren't any immediate plans to build up the Yakuza, I'd just call out Masahiro by name:

• As a Yakuza, Yakuza Enforcer may be activated by Masahiro Arashi's Yakuza Oyabun special power and add to his Attack number with Masahiro Arashi's Ruthless Command special power.

Thanks Ronin! You bring up a good point on the squad bonding, how does everyone feel about that? I don't really have a strong preference, I initially imagined then being hired to back-up/support heroes but I could also see them getting hired and assigned to work with a group of terrorist or mercenaries. I don't think the AIM or HYDRA terrorist squads are all that strong so I don't see a balancing issue there at all, Lazy's future Merc squad ideas is where they might be more interesting but those are not yet carded to test with.

If they're fine with HYDRA, I don't see them having a problem with my Madripoor Mercs - that being said, either one is potentially a lot of activations, HYDRA more so. Off a HYDRA Order Marker, you could take a turn with 4 HYDRA Agents, move a Yakuza Enforcer, take a turn with a Ruthless Mastermind and then, if the Mastermind is Red Skull and he inflicts a wound with his normal attack, take a turn with any other Unique Hero - that could be a bit much, which is a shame, since looking at them AIM would probably appreciate these guys. Perhaps include a line saying that you may not take any additional turns with other figures? That would also reduce potential chain interactions with other figures (notably, Omega Red, Deadpool, Marrow and Gorgon (Tomi Shishido) wouldn't be able to bond with Jubilee, Armor, Wild Child or Yukio and still move a Yakuza).
