Changes look good to me, I have no opinion on King's life. That wording for Ten's special attack is clear enough to me.

Only On Deck votes are limited to the active heroes. Legends can help move you to Final Editing.

Yea, for 10.

Didn't comment earlier but generally if Arkham has played a unit and feels things are a bit overpowered it catches my eye, so I'd be in favor of the life drop on King along with the points adjustments to get things zeroed in at 1000 for the team.
