The man walks by says, "Nice night, isn't it? If you want some real action, you should come downtown tomorrow." Kara tries to read surface thoughts from the man. (I rolled a 13 and with the +2 that's just barely enough to resist.)

Anyone else want to do anything before the man walks off?

Tornado, Clairsentience doesn't let you sense things like that. It just lets you see and hear anything (everything) in 100 feet.

As soon as Kara realizes her ESP isn't working, she stands up and moves toward the man. (Unless someone else is doing something first.)

I sense for evil intentions. Range 60', 6 seconds. If that comes up negative and be is still in range, I sense for sorcery. Edit: If I need a roll, 5+?.
If I attempt a Feat for Clairsentience or Sense vibrations, what stat do I add?
Does Clairsentience allow me to see the invisible?

Clairsentience lets you see all that normal eyes can see and hear all that normal ears can hear in a 100 feet area even if your normal sight and normal hearing is blocked by something.

And now I see Sense Vibrations can sense sorcery and evil intentions!

You do not sense any sorcery but you do sense evil intentions (kidnapping).

For a feat related to senses, I think Wisdom is the stat to use. What are you trying to do with your feat?

I was not sure if I needed to roll for Sense Vibrations and was considering a Feat to increase range on Clairsentience, mine only goes 50' normally.

The flip phone vibrates and a text reads 'kidnapper'.

Lana races over to see if there are footprints. I’m guessing not. She will then, assuming no leads, go down to the shore and peer into the darkness, looking for anything.

I get where I can be within reaction speed of him. I assume with our compatibility that Lightman let me know he is our kidnapper.

Rockstar sees the text message and attempt to body tackle the stranger.

Lana sees footprints starting 10 feet away from where the stranger is now but no more. She also sees nothing on the shore. Kara moves toward the man but Rockstar rushes past her after getting a text and tackles him!

The man grins and says, "So your team has mental powers too?" Then he disappears, along with Rockstar (and Light Man in the phone) with him!
