Character Bio - Franklin “Foggy” Nelson was born and raised in New York City. Foggy excelled in school; attending Columbia Law School. He became roommates with Matt Murdock. Matt protected Foggy against bullies and helped him study. During their first six months living together, Matt learned that Foggy would snore very loudly, leading Matt to compare him to a human foghorn. It was from that moment that his nickname stuck. After graduating, Matt and Foggy opened up a private law firm, Nelson and Murdock. They hired a secretary named Karen Page who Foggy developed a crush on. During their time practicing law together, the firm represented several well known clients, both good and bad, including the Fantastic Four, Leland Owlsley, Zebediah Kilgrave, and Namor the Sub-Mariner. – Marvel Database - Fandom Wiki (Earth-616) (2022).

NELSON AND MURDOCK
When placing Order Markers you may place an additional "X" Order Marker on this card. Before rolling attack dice with a Matt Murdock figure you control, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on this card to add 1 to his Attack number for the turn, or 2 to his Attack number this turn if he is adjacent to a Client you control.

CRIMINAL DISCOVERY
Before rolling for initiative, if there is at least one unrevealed Order Marker on this card, you may choose an opponent's Army Card. That opponent may allow you to view all unrevealed Order Markers on the chosen card. If they do not, for the remainder of the round, all figures for the chosen card have the Class of Criminal in addition to what is listed on the card.

Just changing it so that you can reveal the "X" on Foggy for the attack boost probably takes care of both of my issues. Now Foggy's going to have an unrevealed OM on him for Criminal Discovery as well. The power will still only get used sometimes, but it's a hook that someone like Karen Page or other designs in the faction can use, so I think that's OK.

This power should be worded the same as the first power. Also you need spaces between bullets and the power text for ease of copy/paste for me

Excited about this one. Seems you want to pair him with figures who want to know where Order Markers are placed (hello, Jessica Jones and Detective Chimp) and any figures that work off the class Criminal (Daredevil (I), Judged Dredd, Lt. Stone, etc.).

So nice soft synergies with the right faction here.

Dredd, Anderson, Hershey, Foggy and a Brit Cit is 695. Also ultra competitive.
Maybe a squad of Beat Cops to protect Foggy and Hershey.

Is Professional Referral meant to work with Matt Murdock's Client as well? That's fine if so, but it's a little odd that Foggy will work with Matt's Client but Matt won't work with Foggy's Client. I'd probably just limit the power to Foggy's Client.

That was the intent. In the event Murdock is destroyed before his client, it would allow continued OM placement on the client with the ability to move the Client and then take a turn with Daredevil. I wanted to continue to use the X as the trigger to represent possible disagreement over strategy between Foggy and Matt while Matt and Foggy are on the board together.
