Heroes of 'Scape (RPG)

So now that I've finished my task of recreating everything in Heroscape for Heroes of 'Scape, its time to decide what to do next. Just because I'm done with this project, doesn't mean I'm done working. But in order to figure out what I'm going to do next, I'd like your guys' opinions.

So I'd like to take a quick poll:
What would you like to see me work on next?
1) Expand Heroes of 'Scape to classes that aren't in the game, but still have viable figures for.
2) Extend the scope of Heroes of 'Scape to Races and Classes that Heroscape doesn't provide figures for.
3) Start the Squads of 'Scape project.
4) Utilize the Heroes of 'Scape system to create alternate game styles, such as 'real time strategy' games.

Other Projects:
5) Poke'Scape- a Pokemon themed RPG that puts Pokemon first, and Heroscape second.
6) Armored Core Mod Project- an Armored Core themed mod that allows you to create customized robots based on their components.
7) Gundam Custom Card Project- a typical custom card project that will attempt to create the common faces of the Gundam series.
8 ) Super Hero Custom Mod Project- This will pretty much be Heroes of 'Scape, but with Super Heroes. Karat tried starting this up a few months ago, but with the more free time I can try and start it back up again.



More detailed descriptions of each below:

Spoiler Alert!

1) There are still things in Heroes of 'Scape that I can create that wasn't necessarily in Heroscape. I've already done some of this through the main project; the Druid, Necromancer, and Lightning School of Magic come to mind, as does the Mariedian Race. There are other places I can work in the make the game more complete. Some examples I have in mind is the Drow Arcane Guard, Shamen School of Magic and Marro Wizard. I will be doing these sorts of additions in the Patch Updates regardless, but if people vote for this, I'll put more emphasis on it.

2) Some people don't mind stretching imaginations and proxy any figures. Although there's no viable figure for an Orc Wizard or a Raptorian, but it wouldn't be any more difficult to create the data sheets like before.

3) Imagine being able to create squads and common heroes in the same fashion as you do in Heroes of 'Scape, leveling up and all. I will do this in time, but will not be worked on unless its a focused project. Any work with Squads of 'Scape will likely be integrated with Heroes of 'Scape, so that Summoning Powers would allow you to summon your custom squads.

4) For a long time now I've been wanting to find a way to use mechanics from real time strategy games into Heroscape. I'll create rules and mechanics for creating an economy, creating buildings, and purchasing units. In the end I plan to bring all the projects together (Heroes of 'Scape, Expanded Heroes of 'Scape, and Squads of 'Scape) to this one goal.



5) Our brother at Project Pokemon are creating Heroscape Army Cards with a Pokemon theme. This project will attempt to create Pokemon using Heroscape mechanics. Instead of Heroscape first and Pokemon second, Poke'scape will be Pokemon first, and Heroscape second. This project has been in the works for a while now, and I will continue to work on it regardless. But again, if people vote for this, I will give it more emphasis. PM if you'd like any more information or if you'd like to participate.

6) If you've ever played Armored Core, Front Mission, or even Exteel, you know how fun it is to create a custom mech from varying parts. I will create a system to be able to create mechs from the ground up, each part (legs, arms, head, core, booster, generator, and weapons) will have a cost and its own stats. Will likely not be very compatible with classic Heroscape.

7) Gundam is an anime about giant, cartoony robots. I want to create custom army cards of all the important character and mobile suits. Unique Heroes will be the Gundams and character, while Common Heroes will be the common soldiers and enemy fodder. 100% compatible with Heroscape, and minis do exist, but they are rare. PM if you're interested and would like to be part of the project.

8 ) Karat started this here. With my extra free time I can either pick up the project or offer Karat more help with getting it off the ground.

I would say Squads of 'Scape, Heroes of 'Scape is alot of fun, it'd be great to be able to create/grow squads.

I'm for one or three. Or superheroes. Any of those would work for me. But you have to include villains too!

My vote would be on four. Heroes of 'scape is an awesome tool, but desperately needs scenarios/gametypes to go with it.

I've created a Warhammer Quest type game to play with it. Four characters/figures against a randomly created dungeon. No game master required.

I second the motion for 4. I think an awesome game type to go with the awesome heroes of scape would make it an awesome package of complete awesomeness.

I would really like to see 1, 2, and 3, although I don't know in what order.
Also, I don't know if you've thought about adding in the last couple of races like Giants, Gryphillins, or Trolticors; because, after you posted that the Marro/Kyrie expansion was going to be your last, I decided to try my hand at making these few species. So far I have rough drafts of Giants, Gryphillins (Theracus), Trolticors (Brunak), Fiantooth (Dumatuf Guard), Elementars (Obsidian Guards & Granite Guardians), and Quasatch/Dzu-teh. If you are interested in seeing them or even adding them in, just ask and I'll post them.
