GENERAL OF NEW KRYPTON
After revealing an Order Marker on this card and instead of taking a turn with General Zod, you may do up to two of the following:
* Choose 1 Unique Kryptonian Hero you control to take a turn.
* Move up to 2 Kryptonian Soldier Heroes you control.
* One at a time, for each Kryptonian Spy you control, choose a figure engaged with that Kryptonian Spy and roll 1 unblockable attack die against that figure.
The chosen Unique Kryptonian Hero may not be selected for the other options. General Zod may be the chosen Hero.

Actually, you could simplify the opening bit now. I'd also borrow language from the Cosmic Cube for the last bit. I do like being able to move with 2 soldiers and attack with 1.

We need to get the wording to say you can't choose a Hero to take a turn and then choose that same hero to move or roll an unblockable attack die.

What if the Kryptonian Soldier movement was a static move (like 4 spaces)? We have other designs that stack static movements onto full turns and they aren't problematic.

I also don't think getting to move a Spy and then roll for the Spies is overpowered.

Is that what people meant by avoiding double activations? That's what I'd always intended! I thought people were talking about moving two Soldiers and then taking a turn with one, or taking a turn with a Spy and then rolling unblockables, that kind of thing.
