How did you calculate +2 damage for your staff? I think I missed something with my own sheet. Thanks!

I'll have to review the attack mechanics. I know I have a +3 for my level, a +1 on my Strength, and a +1 to damage on my Brass Knuckles.

I think she's including the strength bonus.
Right, got it. Staff gets a +1 by itself, and strength gets a separate +1. I knew I was missing something.

Q, I don't know how seriously you're pursuing having some of us roll (and role) as villains, but I could switch up some of Lana's stuff and easily make her a villain. It would take about three minutes. Just let me know.

This seems like it could be a lot of fun. I'm going to sit this one out and watch, but if you run a second one I might join in, once I see the mechanics. It's been 20 plus years since I played D&D so I'm a little rusty!

So, I rolled HP for myself, and for my 2 pieces of equipment that need HP. My rolls weren't terrible, but they were definitely bad, particularly considering Q's generous handling of rolling multiple dice:

My HP is 5d6+5. I rolled a 20. Average would be 22.5.

My baton is 3d6.* I rolled a 9. Average would be 10.5. At least, with its 18 AC, it's resistant to some things, unlike . . .

My infrared goggles, which is 1d6. Average would be a 3.5. I rolled a 3, which makes them and their 10 AC pretty fragile.

Not terrible, but somehow all below average.

* @quozl , a staff gets "+1." Should I be applying that to each die of its HP also, or is it only for attack and damage?

The +1 is just to damage.

It doesn't look like we'll be getting more players so I think we'll just do a team of heroes.
