Yea

Poor Piper can't make use out of enemy transition abilities. (No real problem with that, just think it's a funny little oddity of the way things work here).
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Thanks Sporx. I noticed a loophole on Rat Swarm that may require an update on Pied Piper too. Will update the OP here with the above, but let's hold off on a card update until we get signoff on the Rat Swarm issue.
