Re: The future of Heroscapers, Gen Con, and gaming

I am grateful to @Matthias Maccabeus and his crew for running GenCon all the years Brad and I have been attending. Particularly in the early years, when Matthias's easy way with kids made it better for Brad, who was very young and absorbing the Con experience with some mixed awe and stress. I know it was not always easy for Matthias, or the other leaders, dealing with the responsibilities of leading that mission, and I believe with some certainty that GenCon has been some of the best fun I have ever had.

Many, many, many thanks, Matthias (and @lonewolf and the others who have been part of the crew), for all that you did to make 'Scape at GenCon a thing. I know there were others before you guys, but you were the only ones I ever knew, and what you did mattered to my family and to me. Cheers to you guys, and I'll see about ScapeCon next year.
