We never resolved the 'name collision' here. It got missed during this design that Blood Tracking was already in use (on
Wolfsbane), and Blood Tracking not only got used here, but
Blade's power also got renamed from Vampiric Tracking to Blood Tracking in order to line up with Hepzibah.
So either Hepzibah and Blade's power needs a new name, or Wolfsbane's power needs a new name.
EPB is otherwise okay.
