Well, I probably should have started here first, but I nominated Lord Revadac to the SoV, got some feedback that he needed some thematic tweaks, and so withdrew him from the process to seek advice here. Here's the entry:

If Lord Revadac begins his turn adjacent to at least one friendly figure, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 1-3, he must attack one adjacent friendly figure and then end his turn. If you roll a 4 or higher, continue his turn normally.

In life, Lord Revadac was ruthless. "No Cost Too High for Victory" was his motto, and while he crushed his enemies, it was his own people who paid the price. Many a time did Redavac lead his troops to be slaughtered, heedless of whose blood stained the battlefield. And so his own people named him in whispers "Revadac the Cruel," although none dared oppose him. As the years passed, his realm grew in size, but there were not enough men left to till the newly-conquered lands. The people grew ever poorer. And still Redavac's thirst for conquest and treasure drove his armies forward -- into death.
But one night a witch appeared in the Great Hall of Castle Revadac. Her son had been killed in a needless assault that had claimed the sons of twelve villages. She demanded that Lord Revadac turn from his evil ways. Taking his sword and shouting his motto, he killed her on the spot -- and watched in horror as his sword arm turned cadaverous. The witch's dying curse wasted his body away, and he was doomed to wander the land in skeletal form. Caught between life and death, Lord Revadac went insane, much to the delight of Valkrill, who prizes chaos and madness as much as Revadac once prized victory.

So the feedback I got was 1) "Insane" doesn't really work for a skeleton, and 2) The name "Insane Commander" doesn't reflect the power itself, since it doesn't "command" the troops, and 3) "Cadaverous Touch" might have a better name.
I'm not wedded to the "Insane" personality, or either of the power names, so ask for your advice on these.
Personality: Most Undead have the Terrifying personality, with Tormented (PK) and Wild (Sudema). I like "Tormented" because of the backstory I've got, and because it will help justify the "Insane Commander" power (whatever I end up calling it.)
Cadaverous Touch: In my mind, the idea is that if you get close enough to him to wound him, his bony hand grabs you and your flesh begins to rot. So perhaps "Cadaverous Grasp" or "Necrotic Grasp" would reflect that. Open to other suggestions.
Insane Commander: I'm not sure what to replace this name with. "Fit of Madness"? "Temporary Insanity"? "Lashing Out"? "Friendly Fire"? "Psychotic Scorn"?
