I like the mini choice, I like the target point value, I like the right hand box, I like the theme. It all fits together nicely.

Something has to be done with those powers. They are a hot mess. Son of Arathorn, I humbly suggest you take this off to a different thread (do you have your own custom thread?) and workshop it some there to clean it up.
