Looks good.
Mantrap should trigger on a "numbered Order Marker", otherwise it could get wonky with passive "X" powers.
For Face of Fear, I would prefer to see it's range brought down to 2 to match it with Mantrap's range. I kind of feel the "highest numbered OM" part of the power is unnecessary complexity (making it a static -2/-3 power would work fine), but it's not something I'd push to see dropped.
