Cool nice start. I remember you telling me about the Espionage ability. This looks like it change a bit, but still looks cool. One thing I'd suggest is ditching the Markers aspect of Poison Darts. If you want to limit it, make it a special attack that can be used once per round like Punisher's Rocket.
