Very, very minor rewrite on top of what Ronin suggested:

FOUR OF A KIND
After revealing Order Marker 3 on another card and taking a turn with that card, if you have three revealed Order Markers on the Army Cards of three other Unique Heroes in your army, you may immediately reveal the "X" Order Marker on this card and take a turn with The Thing. You may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.

First line now says "taking a turn with that card" so that if, by some weird trickery, it still makes sense when you're taking a turn with a squad. (See Nebula for precedent.) And I split the last line into a new sentence, to reduce the run-on-ness and save a tiny bit of space.
