The original definitely had super strength, but the modern age version (unless I'm mistaken) hasn't been shown to have anything more than a normal human's strength. Just, y'know. Radioactive.

I want him to be a pretty cheap (and simple) counterdraft figure because, well, he's Kryptonite Man, what else is he good for?
