Lots of short powers! What I like to see. I agree that I'd like him toned down a bit. Maybe aiming for 170? 650 gives you a fairly nice block at least, and that slots him nicely between regular Falcon and SamCap.

Should he have the AU symbol? 616 Falcon isn't a Soldier, so if he's explicitly MCU he should probably have one.

Here's some concept art that should work - might be the same piece the sculpt was based on, actually.
