I don't like "The" on cards but that ship has long since sailed, so follow your gut.

My logic for going both ways: yes, it benefits Caulder to make people act irrationally, aggressively, and so on. But sometimes, isn't it also to his benefit to make them more withdrawn, defensive, and moody? That, to me, feels like manipulation, while just making them more offensively powerful feels more like instigation.
