That Mera design is really cool! She helps out the Atlanteans, which is always good
and they are quite strong already. I don't really know Mera though, so I can't help much
there needs to be more water reliant figures though, it would be cool to have an army of water reliant figures, so here is Manphibian:

Manphibian may not start the game on the battlefield. If Manphibian does not start the game on the battlefield,
once per game/at the start of the first round of the game, before initiative is rolled, you may place Manphibian on any empty water space on the battlefield. If Manphibian ends his normal movement on a water space, you may place him on any same-level water space within 5 spaces. Manphibian never takes leaving engagement attacks while on a water space.

Manphibian does not stop his movement when entering water spaces. Add 2 dice to Manphibian’s attack and defense while he is on a water space

Not sure on making Creature From The Deep work at the first round, or any round.
