Wow, 12 life? That's quite a bit. Something along the lines of 9 or 10 sounds better to me, but playtesting may prove me wrong. (Though I do like the sound of 12 life.)

I think that Drow should have reverse bonding, in that they should have a turn first before their hero.
That way it would also make Pelloth more viable since you can set up his attack easier.
