I like it but I think that Stealth leap probably needs a move of 3 to be able to leap over things. I would probably make a small change to allow Stealth Leap at any time during the move.

I have used Jotun in competitive games and he's fun to play. Still, unless there is lava to throw figures into, he is generally not the best choice for 225 points.

If the Grok's had a double attack, maybe 3 for the Grok and 2 for the rider (using Grimnak as a very rough guide), I think that they could work. The double attack of the EI doesn't exactly make them...
