There's a glossy substance,which I assumed was glue, at the feet of my figs and underneath the base as well.

So once the nail is in the wood, you just use brute force to pop the pegs out? I tried forcing the pegs out with a small screwdriver, but that darn glue refused to let go.

Is there an easy way to remove the bases from the figures?
Ideally, I'd like something non-destructive.

I'd like to mount my 'Scape figures on smaller bases so that I can use them for D&D, but...

I've been thinking about re-basing my Heroscape figures onto smaller bases so that I can also use them for D&D.

Onslaught rules?

In order to use the onslaught special attack, do the attacking zombies need to begin the turn adjacent to the target or can they move into engagement and then attack?
