Re: Bay Area Brawl - NHSD'10

I think I know what Ronin is taking ;D

I think we were discussing it at one of the BAG days. Quite a bit of Jandar in his army... and I'm actually scared of it 0.o

Re: Bay Area Brawl - NHSD'10

Can Somebody lend an Eldgrim and two squads of 4th Mass ?? :)
I've opted to use my Charos / Eldgrim / 4th Mass build.

But seeing as how I think I might be late if it's at 11:30, is it possible...

Re: Bay Area Brawl - NHSD'10

I might do either:

4th Mass x3
Charos
Eldgrim

4th Mass x4
Sgt. Drake sotm

Not sure which one to do really. I haven't tested either army and I'm not really sure if it's competitive. My...

Re: Bay Area Brawl - NHSD'10

Haha, wishy washy? Well, so long as the system is fair, I'm all for it. If somebody has to face their own army, I say EVERYBODY must battle their own army, or else, like everybody said, it's an...

Re: Bay Area Brawl - NHSD'10

Hm... maybe make it so that every person must face their army at least once? Either that, or ensure that nobody ever faces their army. (Although the former seems the easiest to do)

Re: Bay Area Brawl - NHSD'10

I think we should be able to fight our own army. I've thrown away a good amount of army ideas simply because I know that they'll be TOO strong to fight against. It keeps it balanced, in my opinion....

Re: Heroscape Card Sleeves

I bought those same sleeves where the cards constantly fell out. However, I used a card sealer to close the top. That way, it's closed on both ends and the cards fit snuggly in the sleeve. Granted,...

Thanks for the advice guys! And yes I realize all the little mistakes I've made (What ultimately determines... yeah I had no clue what prompted me to start a sentence that way) Again it was a really,...

Thanks for the advice guys.

Oh yeah, and sorry for the last paragraph. I realized it was kind of incoherent, I meant, an essay delving into the subject of "when is a loss ever justified?" Whenever...

Stanford's "intellectual vitality"

Hello 'Scapers,
Now is that time of year where most seniors begin their college essays and of course, I'm beginning with Stanford's. I have already done three essays so far, but this prompt has...

Re: 460 Point Competitive Armies

How's about you swap Isamu and a Sacred Band squad for two red wyrmlings in that first build. Gives you a special to kill rats and fits the start zone (1+12+8+2=23). The 10th still have a ranged...

Re: 460 Point Competitive Armies

I think I might try this army at the next BAG day, if we have one that is.

Marcus - 100
Sacred Band x4 - 300
10th Reg x2 - 450
Isamu - 460

Drop two SB ?

Either that, or

Re: Capture the Flag Competitive Armies

I feel like the Gladiatrons and Major X17 are good in CTF, or the version where it actually involves taking the flag back to your base. Nothing is funnier than locking your opponent into place as...

Re: What's your BAG, baby? Bay Area Gamers

And the fact that Heirloom is there, mocking me, doesn't help either. Lol

I think I only had one turn with the 10th before they all died. Sad, sad day.

Lol. If only I took a picture of my 4th...

Re: Bay Area Brawl - NHSD'10

I've definitely decided what I'm bringing already, also based heavily on my BAG day play experience (protip: if you come, S1R_ART0R1US, don't bring...
