The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Captain America set.
Its model number and name are #034 / Quake.

Character Bio - Daisy Johnson is a superhuman with seismic (earthquake-producing) powers, and is the illegitimate daughter of Calvin Zabo, the supervillain known as Mister Hyde. Taken in by S.H.I.E.L.D., she is under the careful eye of its longtime executive director, Nick Fury. She possesses a "Level 10" security clearance, the only known agent aside from Fury and Natasha Romanova to do so. Johnson has helped to defeat the powerful mutant leader Magneto by inducing a vibration in his brain that made him lose consciousness. This was during a three-way confrontation with the X-Men, Avengers and the "Collective" - a powered being carrying thousands of mutant energy signatures. Daisy states in this appearance that if she were to join the superhero team the Avengers, she would adopt the moniker "Quake". Later when the Avengers had splintered due to the events of the first superhero Civil War, she is reunited with Nick Fury, who gives her orders to recruit the descendants of various villains and heroes in order to assist him with the threat against the Skrulls in their Secret Invasion. Taking on the name Quake, she and her teammates attack the Skrulls during their invasion of Manhattan. The team becomes a part of Fury's Secret Warriors, with Daisy acting as field leader of the Caterpillars.

SECRET WARRIOR RECRUITMENT
At the start of the game, if you only control Unique Heroes, you may choose a Unique Hero you control with a secret identity that is an Inhuman or Olympian. For the rest of the game that figure has the class of Agent in addition to what is listed on its card.

SEISMIC SHOCK SPECIAL ATTACK
Range Special. Attack 4.
Choose a space within 3 spaces of Quake or the space that Quake occupies. Any figure on or within one space of the chosen space is affected by this special attack. Roll 1 fewer attack die for each space between Quake and the chosen space. Quake and figures with the Flying special power are never affected by this special attack. After using this special attack, you may move all affected figures up to one space. Figures moved this way do not take any leaving engagement attacks.

PROTECTIVE AFTERSHOCKS
Once per round, after an opponent's figure that moved one or more spaces this turn ends its move engaged with Quake or a Unique Agent Hero you control within 6 clear sight spaces of Quake, if Quake is not engaged with any other figures, you may immediately either move that opponent's figure or that Agent Hero up to two spaces. The moved figure will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

Do you want Agent Protector to activate when an opponent's figure moves 0? I believe it would with the current wording. You also need the no leaving engagement attacks language in there.

I was trying to make it clear that it only worked after a move of 1 or more spaces as I thought it would be too powerful if you could use it on someone who started their turn already engaged.

Looks good! I don't know her outside a few appearances. Is she really a protector? Otherwise fine. Protector should mention LEAs. Here's some wording tweaks that Karat or Johnny will fix again anyway.

She definitely uses he powers to blast people away from her friends and teammates all the time.

Figures moved with her Agent Protector power shouldn't take LEAs.
