Character Bio - Created by a successor to the Red Room program that trained the original Black Widow, Yelena proved to be less successful than her inspiration, who got the better of Yelena in a series of encounters. Yelena has since wavered morally, but most often serves as an opponent to the Avengers and other super-teams.

After Black Widow attacks a figure with her normal attack, roll the 20-sided die. Add 3 to your roll if that figure is an Agent or has an Avenger Marker on its card. If you roll 13 or higher, that figure receives one wound.

COUNTER-ESPIONAGE
Enemy figures without the Super Strength special power cannot use any special power to move through Black Widow or prevent her from rolling for a leaving engagement attack.

CLOSE COMBAT EXPERT
When attacking an opponent's adjacent figure with a normal attack, add one automatic skull to whatever is rolled. When defending against a normal attack from an adjacent figure, add one automatic shield to whatever is rolled.

So are we thinking the general role of the Spy class is "bad guy Agents that aren't evil enough to be Terrorists"?

Spy also gets me more of a Cold War vibe (vs Terrorist) and lumps her in with fellow Soviet Chameleon, which are both pluses for me.

Sounds good. I think we're just starting to move to a point as a group where we want to be more conscious about Class (and Personality) decisions, make sure we have some degree of consensus when assigning Classes and what we want out of Class groupings, and so forth. Hoping the massive Class reconfiguration effort underway now is not something we'll need to repeat and all.

That said, I agree with your basic assertion of what the Spy class should be and what we want to get out of it. :up:

It’d be cool to see some of the Cobra guys as Spys. Seems like Yelena and Chameleon would fit right in thematically.
