Hello...
I haven't been active recently on here, there's been a bit of stuff going on recently. The main thing is a move, from Wisconsin to Arizona. We've arrived, and school starts tomorrow.
I've also found a few other things I enjoy doing, and have been busy with those. Unfortunately, when you're about to move, Heroscape isn't the most practical way to spend your time due to space/pickup time.
However, now that I'm all settled in, I'll probably be getting out the tiles again. Even though school's starting, I should have plenty of time. I am not joking when I say a sample question from the "honors testing" was: The bird ___ in the sky, A) Sat B) Flew C) Slept with maybe a D choice.
Of course, I won't have as much time, but I may (finally) update my map thread (I have an awesome idea) and maybe a few other things. I wish I had the time to continue, but it mainly depends on homework and such.
So anyways,...

I've had a few interesting "conversations" with Cleverbot recently... I'd kinda like to post them here, and my blog seemed the best place to do so...

Once again, I shock myself with my ability to come up with names for my blogs.
(If anyone has a better name that might be more fitting, let me know.)
As some of you might know, back in November I started a thread in which I attempted to find a formula for point costs that would help quicken playtesting.
Now, as a 13-year old, I obviously have school. After using official units and custom units, I could get a decent amount of work in.
Now, with tests coming and no more official units to borrow data from, I lost time to be able to work on it, and I haven't even posted in the thread after Nov. 17th.
Now all my work will have to be in creating at least 3-5 highly balanced customs with varying stats for a new special power to be added.
So, I have two main things that are the point of this blog that I'm finally getting to after all my excuses.
The first is that I'll have a lot more free time over winter...

So there's a tournament I'm going to Dec. 29th. I've got a few army ideas that I'll post here. If there's one that you think would be best, let me know.
The tournament is a 340-point, 2-on-2, 36 spaces/team.

My first thought:
DCoT x4 (220/220)
MBS (50/270)
Nerak (50/320)
Marcu (20/340)
340 Points, 17 spaces.
_________________________ _
But I kinda want to use a hydra...
Hydra (120/120)
Stingers x3 (180/300)
Rats (40/340)
340 points, 15 spaces.

Hydra (120/120)
Raelin (80/200)
Rats x3 (120/320)
Marcu (20/340)
340 points, 16 spaces.

I'm also a big fan of elementals and Ashigaru, but those wouldn't really work.
Maybe...

Nilf (185/185)
Greenscales x2 (120/305)...

This happened a while ago, but I only just remembered.
We were at our cabin about 90 mins. north, and I had a dream that a 'Scape map was sitting in the main room. It was rotating like in VirtualScape, but was made out of actual tiles.
The map was rather large, and symmetrical. In the middle was a bit of a "+" shape formed by water. On the top part, on the left (looking down) sand and then rock formed a long 2-3 hex wide stairway (straight) going up ~10 levels. On the right side, a vertical cliff about 10 levels high, with battlements.
At the tip of the +, there was a fortress door at the bottom, and above that (almost like it was 2 levels of ground) was a Marvel Factory ruin.
In the back, there was a steep stairway leading up to the second level.
The other side was the exact same.
Only recently, while in study hall, did I remember the dream-map. I sketched it out, and plan on constructing it...
