Worthless Thread Clother?

Well met!
I am just now noticing that my title has changed, from Well met! to Worthless Thread Clother. I have no idea what my new title means or where it came from, in spite of searching for it in the Title Advocacy thread. Well, I suppose it's safe for me to open my posts with Well met!, now that it is no longer my title!

I never minded "Well met!" in the first place. I think you should bring it back.

"Well met!" is a part of you. If you drop it then the site loses that much more personality. It's those little quirks that make the people here so interesting. I don't know what "worthless thread clother" means, but you should definitely keep "well met" in your posts.

If you go back to well met in every thread, I'll be forced to put you on ignore. I don't know if that matters to you or not, but there is a desenting opinion.

Actually, I suggested the new title for you "Plotting On His Secret Island Base," even explaining about Roosevelt Island, the tiny place you live, midway between the more well known and larger islands of Manhattan and Long Island; the only time I ever suggested a title for anyone, but it didn't happen. I was thinking of Superman I, where Lex Luthor plots from his secret underground base under Grand Central Station, and of course all the other villains who have a secret base somewhere in our minds. Not that you're really evil. Just a friendly chop buster... ...speaking of which, stop changing your avatar photo ever few days. The idea of an avatar is to become familiar and recognized. Dang it! Then again, if you're annoying someone out there, you're probably doing something right... |

I'm not sure exactly what it means, but it sure doesn't sound very nice. Is it you that's worthless or is it the threads you clothe (whatever that means)?
