What’s next? Pizza Delivery?

I’m mildly worried about losing my job. Not because I did something I shouldn’t have. No, the place would be shutting down. That leaves 3 of us in the house without a job. I don’t know if this is the end of this gig or not. Only the city can decide that. Oh, I work in a chemicals plant.
I’m young. I can get another job with fair ease. But it would stink trying to find a job paying halfway ok for a rookie. Then of course starting over in a field. Who really wants to start over their their career? There’s other places in the area though. I could try looking at those. Maybe.
I could try going back to my old job at the warehouse. It doesn’t pay well, but something is better than nothing. Plus I imagine I’d be able to start right away. I can’t wait for too long to find something, especially with 2 other family members out of work. I may be a lazy millenial, but I ain’t that lazy. *chuckles*
I don’t know what I’ll have to do about my van. I know (basically) garbage paychecks won’t cover the payments+other essentials. If I lose this vehicle, I’m screwed for a while. I can’t just buy another car. *sigh*
I guess I’ll figure something out. Pizza Delivery plus whatever crap job I can find? I know Uber is big these days, but I don’t think you make much of anything on that.
Just keep rolling the dice.

be proactive. don't hang in limbo. go to those other places in the area and see if you can get a job there in your field. you'll feel better because you're doing something and it might be successful.
