The On-going Collaboration of "Theracus Bombs"

As we all know Theracus is a unit of many colors. One if his potentials is the bomb strategy. You equip him with a small or medium unit thanks to his carry power, then in the first round fly straight into the opposing starting zone. The equipped unit is usually a unit providing some sort of early but powerful offensive. You are encouraged to post your Theracus bombs here and the story behind them. This list is organized in order of greatest to least combat effectiveness.

Siege Bomb (thanks to killer Cactus) 160 points
Units used: Theracus + Siege
Strategy: Fly Siege in to quickly place him into the thick of the enemies army. His survivability rate due to craig of steel makes this bomb very ideal. A long term pay off/engagement chance. In addition you also gain immediate access to attacking your opponent with his 5 attack.
Comments: This bomb is absolutely one of the best to date. It implements a very powerful hero very quickly. He has long survivability rates and good attack. If you can drop him off on height as well outside your opponents start zone, thats even better.

FaT Bomb (update thanks to Killercactus) 120 points
Units used: Theracus + Finn or Thorgrim the Viking Champion
Strategy: Fly in finn to casue disruption. A strong hero in your starting zone must be dealt with. Then upon his death place his spirit on the unique card that needs it. Theracus also is boosted by an attack or defense bonus causing longer life.
Comments: This bomb is great investment, in combination with the KoW it is a great strategy for a quick attack and more deployment time for the KoW. It also lets Theracus get an attack of 4 or 5 with Finn, allowing for more damage to be dealt while your KoW bond with your champion. If you have Thorgrim your Theracus will survive longer to be a nuisance.

Migol the Beagle Bomb
(thanks to killometer) 150 points
Units used: Theracus + Migol Ironwill
Strategy: Deliver Migol off and let him Deadly Strike his way to victory against any small heroes. Make sure to be bonding via Axe Grinders
Comments: Effective? Yes. Worth it? Maybe. Beagles get pretty wild too. You need the Axe Grinders to make this worth it.

BRING DOWN THE HAMMER! Bomb (thanks to Killer Cactus)160 points
Units used: Theracus + Morgrim Forgehammer
Strategy: Fly out the hammer and use axe grinding bondage to get on some early attacks and a few Commanders Strike wounds.
Comments: A good technique that can get over 4 wounds in the first 1.5 round time frame.

Amber Bomb
100 points
Units used: Theracus + Darrak Ambershard
Strategy: Fly in Darrak and use his powered up Sneak Attack to put the hurt on a large powerful hero.
Comments: A solid bomb, just don't loose Theracus. A good comination the Axe Grinders bonding with Darrak. This allows the attack and the dwarfs to move up.

GroSa Bomb (Thanks to Killercactus) 240 to 370 points
Units used: Theracus + Ne Gok Sa + Grok Riders
Strategy: Mush like the Psyc Bomb but Ne Gok Sa is now a flying tank backed by quickly closing Grok Riders.
Comments: A great strategy and proved to be tournament worthy.

GrungeBomb (thanks to Arrow Grut and TurtleKing99 name thanks to Killer Cactus) 130 points
Units used: Theracus + Sir Hawthorne
Strategy: Use Theracus to fly Hawthorne out and deal damage. make sure to have the KoW to bond with him. If he Stabs in The back, their will only be 1 unit to attack, Theracus.
Comments: A great tactic but due to potential to loose him it is bumped down a few spots.

Magic Wand Bomb 140 points (thanks to killometer)
Units used: Theracus + Morsbane
Strategy: Fly out Morsbane to Negate your opponent's unique units (duh ).
Comments: Rod of Negations range of 6 is solid, especially considering that you can target anyone you can see, regardless of engagement, but Morsbane's slow move of 5 can make it difficult for him to get in range of your target on a hilly map or when facing an army with a lot of figs or range. Theracus can quickly hop him over those obstacles, setting you up to try your luck with the D20.

Skull Bomb 230 points (thanks to Kaiser Kat)
Units used: Theracus + Red Skull
Strategy: Use master manipulate Theracus to fly red skull in. Then use him as a guard while red skull plucks units off.
Comments: A strong concept, should be used more to see how effective it is.

BaT Bomb (thansk to Sonlen4mvp and Killer Cactus) 90 points
Units used: Theracus + Brave Arrow
Strategy: Fly out Brave and start up the attacks, you can then use a 1 plus attack Theracus to attack as well. meanwhile be bonding with the Mohicans.
Comments: A great invest at 90 points, but due to the loss of the Mohicans ability to get the scout boost it is a little less effective.

Propulsion Bomb 70 points
Units used: Theracus + Eldgrim the Viking Champion
Strategy: Fly in Eldgrim to Overextend and kill a couple squadies or wound a hero. Then place his quickly gained spirit onto a a unique figure needing a speed boost.
Comments: While not a great investment of 70 points it could help an army with a much needed faster unique hero.

7000 Bomb 140 points
Units used: Theracus + Death Walker 7000
Strategy: Fly out DW 7000 to knock off some lives and squad figures with Self Destruct.
Comments: A solid idea and very successful, best against squads but can damage those annoying heroes too. But will fail if the enemy spreads out before you reach them.

Hook Bomb (thanks to TurtleKing99) 120 to 140 points
Units used: Theracus + Major X17 or Gladitron
Strategy: Fly in the Robot and use their claw to hold onto a squad group or Large hero. Causing a delay in movement across the board.
Comments: A great idea and should work well if played right.

Scatter Bomb 105 to 115 points
Units used: Theracus + Johnny Shotgun Sullivan or James Murphy
Strategy: Fly in the cowboy just out side of the starting zone. Using this speed allows for their shotguns to gain maximum pain on the bunched up units.
Comments: Not a great investment unless its against Ashigaru or Zombies.

Quake Bomb 75 points
Units used: Theracus + Earth Elemental
Strategy: Fly the elemental into a still bunched up starting zone. Then strike with earth slam causing maximum use of the special attack.
Comments: A potentially deadly bomb to low tier squad armies like the elfs or ashigaru.

Flamin Bomb 75 points
Units used: Theracus + Fire Elemental
Strategy: Fly in the fire and cause maximum pain with Searing Intensity
Comments: While it could damage some enemies you are only going damage Theracus as well. So this is a kamikaze bomb in truth.

Frigate Bomb 260 or more points
Units used: Theracus + Saylind + Any dragon or large powerful hero
Strategy: The idea here is to fly Saylind in fast and under protection of Theracus's wings as LOS blocker. Then summon your large hero and use their sureme powers for maximum damage on the filled up starting zone.
Comments: One of the best bombs for maximum pain. But make sure that the left over units in your draft are a solid build that is not depending on synergy with your large hero.

!Woo Hoo! Bomb 180 points
Units used: Theracus + Master Win Chiu Woo
Strategy: Fly out the monk master to engage and assault all those figures with 4 attack.
Comments: A good idea, but not the best use of Woo or his synergy with monks.

Arcane Bomb 150 points
Units used: Theracus + Sharwin Wildborn
Strategy: Fly in the Eldarin and Arcane the shenanigans out of them before they have moved.
Comments: A great strategy effective against squad based armies. especially Ashigaru.

Be Cursed Bomb 160 points
Units used: Theracus + Runa
Strategy: Fly out Runa and use Helm of "Mittens" to knock out some units early.
Comments: Good in theory, but the Helm does not have a high success rate.

Psyc Bomb 130 points to 170 points
Units used: Theracus + Ne Gok Sa or Kee Mo Shi
Strategy: Fly in the marro and mind control a key unit early in the game.
Comments: A good idea in theory, but not effective statistically.

Theory Bombs
___________________________________________________________________
Thunder Bomb 180 points (Thanks to Killometer)
Units used: Theracus + Eltahale
Strategy: Wait for your opponent to establish their positioning then use Theracus to zip Eltahale across the map. Eltahale Thunder Steps past the screen/initial wave to a key unit (i.e. Raelin ) and proceeds to lay a beatdown on them.
Comments: This is just Theoryscape so far, but I'm looking forward to trying Eltahale out very soon. If needed I'll update the strategy when I have a little Realscape under my belt with her.
