I am fine with a Reach and Whirlwind Assault combo if it makes sense. I just do not think that the proposed sculpt makes sense for Whirlwind Assault, and it'll be difficult to find one that does whilst also justifying Reach.

I actually think that Parmenio's Disciplined Influence is interesting and would've liked to see more uses for it, but I don't like the idea being applied to a Rogue class at all. Like Maklar said, giving Kaemon Awa or other solid standalone characters Rogue Hero Bonding bears a whole host of problems, let alone Raelin or Major Q9. Even if some easy way to exclude all of the problematic characters was implemented, I find the theme of the Venoc Warlord, for example, becoming a rogue to be far less thematic than Parmenio enforcing a new discipline on a unit.

Whirlwind Assault only lets you attack figures adjacent to you. Reach would only be usable if no enemy figures were adjacent to you. Doesn't sound like a problem to me.

Binge watching Daredevil on Netflix here in Charlotte. Major issue with him is that he won’t kill. Inspires me to create a unit (Monk, Priest, ???) that removes OMs instead of Wounding combined with Whirlwind Assault/Stealth Leap. Figure would preferably have a staff or fighting sticks although Sajan (Pathfinder mini) looks great. Also would have Whirlwind Defense, giving plus one defense to adjacent units or some percentage chance to cancel damage. Could limit it to non adjacent attacks.

I like it, but would change it to any normal attack (even ranged, excess Shields as unblockable hits against selected enemies within 3 spaces) and defend adjacent Friendly units with it as well.

PC needs an adjacent clause or it allows to counter range.
That is going to be real strong in some matchups.

Don’t know how to word it. Is it an attack if it doesn’t wound? PC is supposed to counter range. Mitigate by requiring a 20-sider roll? See edited post above.

Ahh OK, it is Whirlwind Attack with a stun effect.
That is going to be hard to pull off with 0 Attack.

Ranged Counter to friendlies is going to be really strong in some builds and will encourage pod play.
