The movie set came out a few weeks ago. The main part of the Comic set comes out on 8-13. They usually release the GF set a little ahead of the main boosters. There is also an Inhumans Fast Forces set coming out on 8-13.

Wow! We've got some long overdue previews for Guardians of the Galaxy! On top of that, we have a few previews from Comic Con. FIRST DAY and THIRD DAY.

Moreover, the Justice League - Trinity War set was confirmed recently. Biggest news (for me, at least) is that the Crime Syndicate is a confirmed subtheme. THIS is our only shot so far, with Ultraman, Owlman, Superwoman, and Deathstorm.

I believe they threw Stark into the GotG mix when they rebooted the comic a couple of years ago. As far as no Groot in the comic set, I'm guessing it was a cost decision. Groot is bigger and thus requires more plastic to produce so they only included a new Groot in the movie set and left him out of the comic set. It is too bad since he is the one GotG mini I don't have from the previous set and it looks like he will once again be harder to get a hold of.
