Is this a dumb question, why don't you guys pick the top 2 as public design, or is there only aloud to have one, also how often does this voting happen?

Because the Heroes only want one Public Design at a time. Voting is based on the progress of the current Public LD. The faster BRB is completed the sooner the next can start.

Me too...but after Cheshire went from runner up in the last round to 4th this round I got sad and ran away.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

The ebb and flow of voting and popularity of designs is tricky. There have been many bridesmaids that never made it to the promised land.
What I learned is that you must strike while the iron is hot. You never know when some new cool design will pop up and grab the spotlight.
Conan certainly had one of the more interesting journeys, traversing a few peaks and valleys before finding his kingdom.
