At the beginning of each round, after placing Order Markers, you may remove or replace Agent Kelvin's helmet. If Agent Kelvin is not wearing his helmet, add 3 to his Range and subtract 1 from his Defense.
Small and medium figures roll 1 fewer defense die against a normal attack from Agent Kelvin. When attacking any figure with the Lava Resistant special power, Agent Kelvin adds 1 skull to whatever is rolled.
While Agent Kelvin is on a water or ice space, that space and all same-level water spaces adjacent to him are considered normal ice spaces. Figures do not have to stop their movement on normal ice spaces.
