Upcoming Renegade Releases

A couple of Renegade Staff members joined in on Limerick Day. Possible hints/teases here.

by Jordan Gaeta:

They quest through the jungle and dell,
Chasing Secrets of the Citadel.
Through peril and flame,
They carved out their name—
And rose with a legend to tell.

by Dyllan Fernandez:

Gelryie advance from the ocean.
Responding to pirate commotion.
Their Unfath'mable friends
seek mysterious ends.
A Fierce army always in motion.

Dyllan's especially appears to tease mechanics 👀

Yeah I saw this and I believe it as well, but didn't want to spread it in case they were nothing, but I think that was done purposely.

I also don't know why it changed, but the small bio like info on the back of Zed Nesbitt changed at some point between February and May 5th. And while it might just be word fluff, I figured I'd share it.

"The Valkyrie general Volarak understands better than most that in a land controlled by winged Kyrie air power is crucial"
originally it was, "From the moment she claimed her Wellspring and rose to power, Volarak knew that in a land controlled by winged Kyrie, air power would be crucial."

That and the Dryan pack will be nice to have so we can finish off the AoA Haslab set and complete the last two factions from it. I kinda feel like that is the starting point and the contemporary format has suffered so far from not having the full set released.
Finishing the last factions will definitely have the best baseline for a true contemporary meta. Can't wait to get them all in hand!

It has finally been confirmed that we will be getting both the Walls Pack and Roads Pack in Autumn. We have known about both and had confirmation and have even seen some of the new walls. But the Roads Pack had not been talked about and only skimmed over and have never gotten teasers for the roads, so we weren't sure on roads being delayed or not. But it has been confirmed we will get previews for both at June RenCon.

Figured I'd post this for the EU people here on the site.

Thanks !
Good news for us. I hope that will include the development of tournaments in France

Almost like there is a force trying to decentralized American dominance, and expand into the rest of the globe.

 USA citizens often complain that the British burned Washington DC during the War of 1812, not realizing that we burned York (now called "Toronto") first! Ah, well! Many years ago, when we took a tour of that Canadian city, my Dad apologized to the guide when he mentioned it. The reenactor guide was wearing a proud red period British uniform. But he was very gracious about it.

Yeah, us canuks love to throw the war of 1812 out there, but often omit that the British got owned in York.

Hope you enjoyed fort York it's a bit of a hidden gem of history. Fort Henry in Kingston is much more impressive if you are ever in the area.

And while it is nice to see renagade and many other companies looking international, it is unfortunate that it may come at a cost to Americans and American interests.

I haven't been there, but I have a nice military music recording of the "Fort Henry Guard" or some such. My favorite Canadian fort/fortress is Louisbourg way up in Nova Scotia (Fr: Isle Royale). There the sentry at the front gate asks you if you speak English or French. On our side of the border I like Ticonderoga, where the French repelled the Brits because on an early recon before the assault, the British lost their good general, and an old idiot who liked frontal attacks took over from him! We even did a statue for this beloved good general, who was an older Howe brother to the two others who we fought a war later in the American Revolution here in NYC, and these two, one in charge of their army and the other of their fleet, won right down the road from where I live at the Battle of Brooklyn.

Possible official art for Deflectatron on the Renegade Wait room for Friday. Hasn't been confirmed yet, but vydar colors, same feet as the picture Lee shared a few months ago. And has a barrier around itself.

When it first popped up, I skimmed over it because I thought it was a transformer. And then realized it could very well be Deflectatron.
