Units Listed By Expansion Pack?

Troy Spiral

New member
I've tired to be a good newbie and have spent at least 2 hours reading through various FAQs. I've also tried to find a search function (i'm either blind or one just doesn't exist)

Is there a listing somewhere of the specific expansions with the specific units in each? Its difficult for me to piece together this information from all the separate topics about the individual units. I'm hoping to find a long list that says like "X Expansion - Included Units" "Y Expansion - Included Units" hopefully with pictures and such.

And just randomly... is there an expansion with more than like 1 female figure in it? I've' poked around but cant seem to find one. (helps get the GF involved in my nerd hobbies to have as many female figs as possible hah)

Thanks for your time, sorry for the nub questions.

These, but they are REAL hard to find :p

There's also the Hasbro site, heroscape.com that has all the figures groups by wave (not individual expansion pack). just click on the characters link.

As far as females....
The Nakita Agents are a squad of females. So you defintely get more than 1 figure in that expanions.
There's also the heros pack from wave 6, contains Empress Kiova, Runa and Kee-Mo-Shi.

Wow great info guys. Wish i had all you Heroscape fanatics living near me. As far as my initial polling of my local game shops, i'll have to "create" a Heroscape community here in detroit heh.

I'm probably 90% sure i'll be at GenCon next year though... oops ok way off topic.

Thanks again! Lots of stuff to research. If i had more $$ i'd just buy all the figures and be done. This stuff is definitely a hell of a lot cheaper than Warhammer or keeping up to date with type II MTG so i'm used to laying out cash for my games.

Lol. Take them how? Like "take them for your army becasue they suck and i'll win" ? :p
Nope.
He means "take them off the shelf so it can be restocked by some Wave 7."

They are good units, but they're just not popular for some reason.
Also since they are unique squads they don't get purchased in multiples.
The result is the Nakita Agents and Gladiators expansion packs have clogged up the shelves of many retail outlets and prevent new waves of figures from reaching us.

Hey Troy Spiral! Welcome to the marajiuna of the gamer world that will have you hooked! Anyway if you haven't seen Nakita's anywhere, I wish I was you! :x They have been cloggin up Wave 7 ever since the beginning of time. But the nakita's except for clogging up waves, are an excellent anti range unit.

Something can be done about it, though...

Braxas is female.

Also, the Aubren Archers and one of the Ninja of the Northern Wind each have one female member of the squad.

I didn't include Braxas because she's a dragon. It doesn't really matter if it's female or not, at least for purposes of attracting females to the game. As for the others with one female in a squad...well...I have no excuse.

The official I'm not worthy emoticon --->

Troy Spiral There are more Michigan Are scapers out there. Actually many of us get together once a month for casual scaping and have tournaments once in a while.

These take place in FUN 4 GAMES in Ypsilanti. It is not far from Westland, considering I come in from Windsor, Ontario

If you're thinking in that theory, wouldn't the same hold true for Kee-Mo-Shi since she looks nothing like an actual female? My girlfriend loves using Braxas when we play, and I think it might partially be that she knows it's a female dragon.

If I'm going to respond to posts A and B, I usually hit the quote button on A, cut the quoted text, then back up, push the quote button on B, paste in the text from A, clean up the tags, and reply.

Also, when I'm looking for information on which figures come packed together, I usually go here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Heroscape_supplements

Good tip on the quotes.

That Wikipedia page is freak-in perfect. Whats missing from Gary's Heroscape Tables is that in "Expansion Breakdown View" the units aren't actually listed / click able for additional details (takes some wrangling with the different views to get there)

That wikipedia page there lists them pretty much exactly like what i was looking for.. although it does lack the sortability of Gary's page.

I keep having dreams that a HS page will come out similar to GW's Warhammer "army builder" pages like this with everything listed out in extreme detail:
http://store.us.games-workshop.com/...List_Models&code=300866&orignav=10&GameNav=10

Another easy way to get a lot of data is to go the the HouseMouseGames shopping site (there is a button on the front page). There is a lot of data listed there for seeing what has been produced and released with good pictures.
