Yeah, I saw that it was. I just couldn't read the card and the link lead me to another site but I couldn't see the card, so I had to go off of your post.

I was a little unsure if Rebel Troopers are Rebel Troopers no matter if they are Rebel Snow Troopers or Rebel Lava Troopers. Kind of like the discussion about Death Knights being Knights....

On the blue miniature information part in each secrion that starts with "the figure used for this unit," do they have identical sculpts?
 
There are 4 Hoth Trooper sculpts in Star Wars minis. I believe all but 1 have been used more than once between sets. It leads to a very confusing miniature info section. Here's Miniature Market's search results for Hoth Trooper.
 
On a snow map the extra attack is worth the extra points. But both these guys and the Imperial Snowtroopers probably should have had 5 move.
 
I just reviewed the design thread...we released them at 65.
 
Card images, SP, and PDFs updated with corrected card. Remind me to never do 4 separate sets of cards for any future release. :)
