The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the War of Light set.
Its model number and name are #031b / Kyle Rayner (White Lantern).

Character Bio - After training to master all seven colors Kyle has become a White Lantern. Working with Arkillo (Sinestro Corps), Bleez (Red Lantern Corps), Glomulus (Orange Lantern Corps), Munk (Indigo Tribe), Saint Walker (Blue Lantern Corps) and Fatality (Star Sapphires), he was able tap into each color of the emotional spectrum and learn to control it. As such he is able to lead this rag tag team of Lanterns against the evil Third Army. Because Kyle wields the white light of life and all seven colors of the emotional spectrum, he is shown to be more powerful than any one lantern.

Start the game with 4 white Battery Markers on this card. For the entire game, White Lantern adds one to his Life number for each white Battery Marker on this card. Before taking a turn with White Lantern, you may remove a white Battery Marker from this card to remove 2 Wound Markers from this card or the card of an adjacent figure.

COMBINED SPECTRUM
White Lantern is additionally considered to have the names Red Lantern, Orange Lantern, Yellow Lantern, Green Lantern, Blue Lantern, Indigo Lantern, and Star Sapphire.

NEW GUARDIANS
If no figures in your army started the game with the same color of Battery Marker on their cards, after revealing an Order Marker on this card and before taking a turn with White Lantern, you may take a turn with any Common or Unique Hero you control that started the game with a Battery Marker on its card or is an Energy Construct. If you do, you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control and White Lantern cannot move this turn.

SUSTAINED LIFEPOWER 19
If an adjacent figure you control would receive enough wounds to be destroyed, you may roll the 20-sided die. Add 1 to the roll for each white Battery Marker on this card. If you roll 19 or higher, that figure takes no damage.

Think this is the perfect capstone on our Lantern release at the end of the year, a figure that can pull together any combination of Lanterns into one synergistic army. So we'll have the big powerful Event Hero WL and this version of Kyle which will be a sweet SSE.

So you don't want him to be an event hero? I guess I assumed all WL's would be.

The army building ability looks fun, my only concern is that he's not going to be better than the other lantern's synergy. Like a Red Lantern army with Atrocitus might still be better than grabbing Kyle here and having a weird army.

That's not really a problem with the design, it's just a thought. I like the concept a lot though.

I don't really see this Kyle as an Event Hero no. I also changed the battery power to be less powerful than Hal's.

Yea I'm not worried about him being better than in faction synergies, just want some fun cross faction synergies.

I like Savior for class, Kyle does technically lead the New Guardians but I feel in practice he's usually following somebody else's lead.

Fun design. He's got a lot of goodies so it wouldn't surprise me for him to come in expensive, but I'm guessing around the 400-450 level. Could justify either Unique or Event Hero there.

At 410 he looks good for a Ms Marvel and Cap build.

I like this take as a New Guardians leader, and I think it leaves enough room for an Omega Lantern version that channels all the colors. Fine with either Leader or Savior for his class, not familiar enough to make a call either way for specifics. And ultimately I think I'm fine either way on him being an Event Hero... he's probably the least "event" of them all, so he'd be the line either way.

Think the powerset works fine. I might organize the lanterns by ROY G BIV order rather than alphabetical, though, even if that breaks our precedent a bit.

I went with Savior, changed the order to ROYGBIV and I like keeping him at Unique but I don't think it matters to much on the Event vs Unique front personally.

Thinking about this initial after Mister Mind. Strongest Lanterns to pair him with are probably just Arkillo and Munk right? Then throw in a couple of Constructs?

Any other suggestions for good combos of Lanterns to test him with?

Munk doesn't get a ton of mileage from Kyle, so it'd depend on his allies. Arkillo is always a beast. Green Construct Decoys might be good with Kyle's Sustained Lifepower, but it's not that much better than GL Kyle's power.

Also just thought of this possible addition as a way to rope Glomulus in. Kyle gets to take turns with most Constructs due to their construct control power already, so it wouldn't really change much else.

Arkillo is good. GL Guy Gardner really appreciates what he does. GL Hal would probably be decent with him.

Arkillo and Hal and this Kyle all like Doctor Fate (II) as well.

I don't think that works cause then I could double turn with Mech Warrior right?

I was thinking Munk and Arkillo to double up on Eviscerate value.

I definitely think I want an OM reveal clause on Kyle. I don't want him chaining too much but I do want him to be able to use a Construct and a Lantern in the same turn.

Guy needing an OM reveal to overextend limits the strength of that one, but it's still a good combo as it lets Guy pretty easily overextend to his fullest on wounds, then get healed back up to do it again.

Actually forgot most of the constructs have the Control power that doesn't let you take turns in any other way so this last clause is fine.
