The Book of Super-Ape (Peotor)

I would need to know the whole power to be sure, but I'm pretty sure that placement powers are identical to movement powers for this purpose though.
The whole power states:
Any time an opponent would begin the movement of this Super-Ape or a figure within 4 clear sight spaces of this Super-Ape, you may first roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 12 or higher, the figure may not be moved and may not attack with a normal attack this turn.

I think it is the exact same as Jean Grey's

Haha! I know that powers text. I'm talking about the text of the other "placement" power that you are asking about.

ah I see. um...
Mirror Master's
THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS
After moving and before attacking, you may choose Mirror Master or any figure adjacent to Mirror Master. Roll the 20-sided die. Place the chosen figure on an empty space exactly X spaces away from its original placement, if possible, where X equals the number rolled on the 20-sided die. Figures moved by this special power will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

Magneto's
MAGNETIC ASSAULT 9
After moving and instead of attacking, you may choose one figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Magneto. Roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 9 or higher, throw the chosen figure by placing it on any empty space within 4 spaces of its original placement. After the figure is placed, it receives one wound. Thrown figures do not take any leaving engagement attacks. When Magneto uses his Magnetic Assault, he may use his Magnetic Assault one additional time.

or AntiMonitor's
Master of Space

Thematically it would make sense for the power to work on Magneto's power but not Mirror Master's.

However, I think both will trigger the power as long as they meet the requirements.

What about anti monitor? His says "instead of moving normally, place antimonitor up to 10 spaces away"

(paraphrasing)

I found a line in the AM thread posted by Sir G that leads me to believe AM is still subject to Peotor's power if he meets the distance requirement.

The super-apes Mihklo and Peotr have their miniature information switched in their OPs.

I read this whole book from post 1 to current a few days ago and I think this was intended. From what I could gather Heroclix used the wrong labels not C3G.

here is the post.

Looking these over I think HeroClix actually misnamed these two figures. The one sitting down looks like an orangutan which is what Peotor is but it is named Mikhlo, and Miklho is a gorilla which the Peoter's figure looks more like. (Note the difference in the spelling too. Clix calls Peotor: Peoter and Miklho: Mikhlo.)
