- THEME TEST/ Check to see if there are any powers or stats on the test unit card that does not accurately reflect the theme or likeness of what the character would and could do. Also consider destructible objects, and whether or not this characters powers should affect them.
Pass.
- MIRROR TEST/ Check to see if the unit were played against itself, if there would be any loops that would upset the balance of the Game.
Pass.
- BONDING TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing Bonding abilities to make sure there are no continual Bonding possibilities that do not stop appropriately or do not stop at all. This is to prevent loops in Bonding.
Pass.
- SYNERGIES TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing synergies to make sure there are no factors that could break the game by making any unit to powerful or too weak.
Pass. Yet another Simian to join the party!
- POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and What are the stipulations on the power if there are any.
Pass.
- FUN TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play.
Pass.
- FUN COMPETITIVE TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play against.
Pass.
- DRAFTING TEST/ Consider whether or not this design is worth drafting.
Pass. Being somewhat of a cheaper control unit, he’s definitely worth it in lots of builds.
- USAGE TEST/ Consider whether or not all of the powers on this card were used or at least usable.
Pass. Being a control unit, all powers are useful in many different ways.
- STRATEGY TEST/ Consider whether or not the design offers any real strategy or interesting tactics to the overall game.

Army Test
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes
- What should be the unit's point value? 150-170.
- Give a brief overview. Although Peotor died fairly early, he wasn’t killed for no reason. He poses a threat just by standing around. His control coupled with a strong ranged attack proves to be something to watch out for.
Map: A City In Flames.
Units: Peotor, Gorilla-Man, and Gorilla City Warriors x3 (705) vs. Gorgon, Madame HYDRA, HYDRA Agents x3, and Bob, Agent of HYDRA (705).
Spoiler Alert! Some Gorilla City Warriors move out first, and Peotor follows. Some HYDRA Agents move, one wounds Peotor, and Madame HYDRA moves, shooting down a Gorilla at range. More Gorillas move, one kills an Agent, and Peotor shoots Madame, who reflects the damage into a nearby Agent. A Gorilla and Peotor die to skillful shot from some boosted Agents, who positioned themselves carefully to avoid Peotor’s shenanigans. Madame moves and kills another Gorilla, and the apes appear to be in trouble. With Gorgon laying in wait, more Gorillas advance. One kills an Agent, and Gorilla-Man manages to wound Madame with his Machine Gun. Gorgon moves forth and slices up a Gorilla to end the round, and both Gorilla-Man and a Warrior take lava damage. A Gorilla wounds HYDRA again, and Gorilla-Man kills her. Some Agents move, but have lost their bonding agent. An Agent gets killed by a Warrior, and Gorilla-Man’s Machine Gun takes out two more, plus it wounds Gorgon. Gorgon uses his Godkiller on Gorilla-Man, which kills him, but the Curse takes over Gorgon in return. The Warriros are quick to eliminate Gorilla-Man from the opposition, but he does not return to their side. The round ends and two Gorilla and an Agent die to the lava. A Gorilla moves in and wounds Bob, but gets assaulted by Agents afterwards. Miraculously he survives, and fails to kill Bob. The Agents kill one Gorilla, and the lone survivor kills an Agent. Bob misses, and the round ends. Only 1 Agent dies to lava, and the last Gorilla doesn’t even survive the first turn.Spoiler Alert!
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Team 2: Bob, Agent of HYDRA w/ 1 wound, and 3/12 HYDRA Agents.

Army Test
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes
- What should be the unit's point value? 170-200.
- Give a brief overview. Peotor definitely shaped up to his point value this game. He worked with his teammates to take on the entire opposition. Peotor only was engaged once, and the distractions by his teammates gave him the opportunities he needed to make the kills.
Map: A City In Flames.
Units: Peotor, Deadshot, Emma Frost, and Tiger Shark (730) vs. Red Tornado, Parasite, and Mister Freeze (730).
Spoiler Alert!Mistor Freeze moves onto the road to begin, and Tiger Shark occupies some water. Parasite moves, and Emma does as well. Parasite moves and Drains two wounds from Tiger Shark, then proceeds to attack for 3 wounds. Deadshot fires at Parasite, but misses. The round ends, and no one is occupying lava. Parasite Drains Tiger Shark to begin the new round, and proceeds to get Emma twice after netting a turn. Emma blocks the oncoming attack, and Peotor moves up to shoot Parasite for a wound. Freeze moves, and Peotor moves off of the lava in time to avoid damage. Emma turns Diamond, and gets leeched by Parasite. Emma blocks Parasite’s attack, and Peotor uses his Toss to throw Freeze into molten lava, killing him. Parasite leeches Emma again, but can’t manage to make the kill normally. Peotor Tosses Parasite into lava just in time, and it’s just Red Tornado against the team now. Peotor decides to take on Tornado solo, and advances. Tornado flies in packing a punch, but Peotor blocks. Peotor’s Toss is too strong for Tornado to resist, and he dies in the molten mess of flesh and robotics.Spoiler Alert!
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Team 1: Emma Frost in Diamond mode w/ 4 wounds, Deadshot and Peotor unharmed.

- THEME TEST/ Check to see if there are any powers or stats on the test unit card that does not accurately reflect the theme or likeness of what the character would and could do. Also consider destructible objects, and whether or not this characters powers should affect them.
PASS (I like that you have both magnetism and gravity on there... since no one can decide which he has!)

MAYBE (Not necessarily synergies, but I have some concerns about adding ANOTHER lockdown figure to the mix. Peotor + Jean + Graviton + Spider-Girl + Magneto + Possible Future Units = SUPER tough. He might deserve a downgrade.)
- POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and What are the stipulations on the power if there are any.

PASS
- STRATEGY TEST/ Consider whether or not the design offers any real strategy or interesting tactics to the overall game.

Army Test
- Does it pass, Yes or No? YES!
- What should be the unit's point value? 200~ POINTS
- Give a brief summary. Not a great match-up, and intentionally so - Magnetic Toss is a bit strong on lava maps but should be more balanced otherwise (he toasted Cap and Bullseye, for one). I think it was KIND of close, but the real problem was Gravitational Grasp, which was BRUTAL when combined with other lockdown figures like Jean (or Graviton or Spider-Girl). A bit easy to exploit - I think lowering the range or upping the roll would be best.
Map: Dark Dimension
Units: Super-Ape, Jean Grey, Doctor Doom (595 Points) vs. Captain America, Giant Man, Bullseye (595 Points)
Spoiler Alert!People Movers win; 3 Wounds on Doom, 2 Wounds on Super-Ape, 1 Wound on Jean Grey, 6 Rounds.
ROUND 1: The two teams move out, one Order Marker on each, with Jean tossing forward Peotor a bit.
ROUND 2: Jean can't move much, but Cap throws his shield and wounds Peotor. Doom puts a wound on Cap. Bullseye shot Doom but doesn't do a thing, but Peotor can't throw anyone and Hank can't smash anyone, either.
ROUND 3: Cap throws his shield and wounds Peotor again. Peotor, in response, flips him into the lava. Hank gets angry and tries to go after the monkey, but is locked down... does nothing. Doom hits Bullseye for two and is able to take over Hank, walking him into the lava - he doesn't even take a wound! Bullseye can't hit anyone. Jean can't do anything to Giant-Man.
ROUND 4: Bullseye hits Doom for three, while Peotor dunks Bulleyes into the lava. Giant-Man is locked down by Jean, but still manages to hit her for one. Jean moves back but can't hurt him. Hank remains locked down. Doom moves around, can't hurt, can't take over his mind.
ROUND 5: Hank is locked down as Doom blasts at him, dealing one wound through the round,as does Peotor.
ROUND 6: Hank finally breaks out of the grasp, but can't move near Doom. He can't hit Peotor, either, and Doom smokes him next turn.

Army Test
- Does it pass, Yes or No? YES!
- What should be the unit's point value? 140~ POINTS
- Give a brief summary. He threw one Ape forward, but otherwise just soaked up wounds. His army dominated anyways, though... but he underperformed.
Map: Dark Dimension
Units: Super-Ape, Solovar, Gorilla-Man, Gorilla City Warriors x4 (1090 Points) vs. Professor X, Jean Grey, Angel, Nightcrawler, Banshee, Rogue (1090 Points)
Spoiler Alert![B63536]Ape Escapades win; 4 Wounds on Solovar, 7 Gorilla City Warriors remaining, all others destroyed, 6 Rounds.
ROUND 1: The mutants move in, as do the apes, with Banshee getting into range to scream, killing one Warrior and dealing two wounds to Peotor. The apes move on Banshee and tear him a new one - killing him with two attacks. Peotor throws one ape forward.
ROUND 2: The Warriors and Gorilla-Man move in, with one swinging and missing on Jean. Nightcrawler comes in and BAMF!s some apes, killing two. Rogue moves up. A Warrior engages Nightcrawler, rolls all skulls, and Kurt whiffs... so he's dead, too. Jean is able to blow a Warrior away and Angel drags the Professor up. The Apes and Gorilla-Man advance, but Xavier Psychic Defenses his Machine Gun. Jean dunks the Gorilla-Man in lava, circumventing his Curse.
ROUND 3: Rogue comes into Drain Super-Ape, but fails; Jean, however, gets a good hit on Peotor and kills him. The Warriors can't hit anyone, while Solovar stays conservative. Angel drags in the Professor and Jean fails her attempts to do damage. A Warrior moves two spaces, but Solovar is locked down. No Mutants do any damage, but the Apes do two damage to Rogue.
ROUND 4: The Apes swarm the Mutants, but Psychic Defense puts them down. Solovar negotiates a Marker away, though, and hits Jean for one. Jean puts a wound on the King and Rogue finally kills her Warrior. A Warrior puts another two wounds on Rogue, while the others deal two wounds to Jean. Angel saves her from the other, though. Solovar hits the Prof for two, but Angel pulls him back, too. The Warriors can't hurt Rogue, are locked down, and can't hit the Prof, but Solovar comes in and kills Jean. Rogue, between a lava wound or a disengagement, runs away, but dies in the process. Angel deals a wound to Solovar.
ROUND 5: Professor X zaps Solovar's mind. A Warrior smashes Xavier for one, but he falls back with Angel. They play keep away for the rest of the round, but even so, Xavier goes down.
ROUND 6: A wound to Solovar by Angel starts things off, and he plays well enough to stay away, but is ultimately killed.[/B]

FINAL THOUGHTS: All in all, it was a mixed bag. He really dominated the first match but was skunked in the second, so he's probably good where he's at, overall. I'd still like to see Gravitational Grasp downgraded a bit, if only because its ease of exploitation, but otherwise he's doing fine.
