SPIDER-PUNK RIOT 9
Once per round instead of attacking with Spider-Man, you may choose a figure adjacent to each figure you control that has the Rebellious personality, or has the Swing Ling or Web Swing special power. One at a time, roll the 20-sided die, adding 2 to the roll if the chosen figure is a Symbiote. If you roll 9 or higher, the chosen figure receives one wound. No figure may be chosen more than once during Spider-Punk Riot.
FENDER BENDER
Instead of attacking with Spider-Man, you may roll either 1 or 3 unblockable attack dice against an adjacent figure. If you roll 3 dice, Spider-Man's Fender Bender and Spider-Punk Riot special powers are negated for the rest of the game.
SWING LINE 4
Instead of his normal move, Spider-Man may move up to 4 spaces with Swing Line. When moving with Swing Line, Spider-Man has the Flying special power, but may not move up or down more than 40 levels in a single swing, and will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

Spoiler Alert!
Damage Dealt by Attacking: None
Riot: Hit Sandman and Kraven for a wound.
Fender Bender: Whiffed on 3 dice.
Ghost-Spider and Spider-Man Assassin started off the battlefield. Kraven chose Spider-UK
All the Spiders advanced with UKs movement coordination. They engaged Kraven and Sandman early and Spider-UK took a quick 3 wounds from the pair of them. Used Spider Riot on both of them and wounded them both. After winning initiative in round 2, Sandman was able to use his Sandstorm to fly over UK and Hobbie and wound UK, then finished UK off with a 3 skull attack. Peter took all the OMs and landed 2 wounds on Sandman with his attack. Hobbie then used his Fender Bender for 3 unblockables and whiffed... Electro put one wound on Hobbie. Peter is able to finish off Sandman and then Hobbie hits Electro for 1 wound. Ghost-Spider and Assassin join the game and take down Kraven. Doc Ock and Vulture take down Hobbie and put 2 wounds on Assassin. Peter and Gwen finish off Electro. Mysterio puts the last wound on Gwen. Vulture and Mysterio take down Peter at the start of the next round and then Assassin falls to Doc Ock when the OMs are lost on Pete.
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Doc Ock with 2 wounds, Mysterio unwounded, Vulture with 1 wound.

Map: City Park
Units: Spider-Man (Hobbie), Spider-Man (Peter - Spider-Verse), Spider-UK, Spider-Man (Miles) (800) VS Crime-Master, Toxin, Doppelganger, Street Thugs x2 (800)
Spoiler Alert!
Damage Dealt by Attacking: 2 wounds on Crime Master
Riot: Took down 4 Street Thugs with 7 rolls
Fender Bender: Used once for one die and whiffed, but the 3 dice one gave 2 wounds to Crime-Master
Spiders all advance, Street Thugs advance as a screen. Doppelganger advances and engages Pete, dealing 2 wounds. Spider-UK advances them all again engaging them with various Street Thugs and getting Pete away from Doppel. Doppel chases but whiffs. Hobbie uses Riot and takes down 3 Street Thugs but fails to wound Doppel. Next round, Hobbie starts and rolls for Riot again (UK is not engaged so only 3 attempts), taking down 1 Street Thug and missing on the rest. Doppel takes down Pete with his Special Attack. UK finished off Doppel. Hobbie goes after Crime Master and puts 2 wounds on him with a normal attack. Initiative switch immediately lets Hobbie Fender Smash Crime-Master, finishing him off. Toxin then takes down Hobbie and then finishes off UK. Miles barely finishes off Toxin, but falls to the last 2 Street Thugs.
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): 2 Street Thugs
THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Fairly close on the cost here. Not sure I'm really ever incentivized to skip an attack for a single unblockable attack die but it could come up in situations (failed on a Street Thug and an attack of 4 would have probably been better there). Never got to use Riot on Toxin, but I'm not sure the +2 is a big deal there anyways, the roll is fairly attainable.
Re: The Book of Spider-Man (Hobie Brown) ~ Vote for Testing
Awesome, thanks! The more I play the Sin 6 the nastier I think they are. So a bigger loss there doesn't concern me. The second game is cool. The symbiote bonus is just for theme since in the story he uses his guitar and music to wreck Osborn's symbiote army before they fight. If we're worried we could drop it to +1, but I'm not too worried.

C3G STANDARD PLAYTEST FEEDBACK FORM
NAME OF THE PLAYTEST UNIT: Spider-Punk @160 points
Army Test
Map: Custom
Units: Spider-Man (Hobie) @160, Spider-UK, Spider-Man (Otto), Spider-Man (Assassin), Ghost-Spider (900) vs Captain America, Winter Soldier (II), Falcon (MCU), Black Widow (Avengers) (900)
Spoiler Alert!
Summary: Hobie didn't last too long - he downed Falcon with a Spider-Punk Riot, but then became a target of convenience and got dropped by Bucky and Nat.
Otto dropped Nat really early on a botched defense, which gave the Spiders a pretty solid lead throughout the game.
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Spider-UK with 1 Life, Assassin Spider-Man with full Life
Army Test
Map: Custom
Units: Spider-Man (Hobie) @160, Spider-UK, Spider-Man (Otto), Spider-Man (Assassin), Ghost-Spider (900) vs Songbird, Jolt, Atlas, Human Torch (Jim), Hawkeye (Avengers) (900)
Spoiler Alert!
Summary: Hawkeye and Sonbird both beefed it on defense early in this one, leading to another Spider win. Atlas theoretically could have evened it out a bit if he'd managed to bring down Otto, but he kept posting up crappy attack rolls while Hobie slowly auto-wounded him to death.
Notes: Wounded Atlas three times, Songbird and Jolt once each with three riots. Finished Atlas off with the fender bender.
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Otto with 4 Life, Assassin with 4 Life, Hobie with full Life, Gwen with 1 Life
THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Feels like one of those mid-level guys that's probably gonna drop fast if he draws any attention, but he has decent auto-wounding potential if he sticks around.

= 800
VS.
Winter Soldier II (240), Black Widow II (230), Falcon II (190), Slingshot (135)
= 795
Spoiler Alert!
Pre-Game Thoughts/Preview : Team Agents and Soldiers is a jack of all trades, master of none team that can handle most things thrown its way. The Spiders will want to make use of Kaine and Superior Spidey for most of their damage, with Spider-Punk able to come in and finish someone with Fender Bender.
Damage Done (Normal Attack) : N/A SPIDER-PUNK RIOT 9 : Used 3 times, inflicted 5 wounds FENDER BENDER : N/A SWING LINE 4 : Used 3 times
Winter Soldier chooses Falcon for Military Duo.
ROUND 1 : Spider initiative.
The Spiders come in hard, with Kaine and Punk getting wounds onto Falcon and Winter Soldier. Mostly early movement besides that.
ROUND 2 : Agent initiative.
Spider-Punk and Kaine run this round with their autowounds, they manage to kill Falcon and heavily wound Winter Soldier with Kaine taking minimal wounds in the process.
ROUND 3 : Agent initiative.
A brutal round, Black Widow makes her move and takes out Punk in one turn. The Spiders retaliate by killing Winter Soldier and Slingshot, leaving Black Widow alone against 3 healthy Spiders.
ROUND 4 : Spider initiative.
Black Widow tries to fight back, but Spider Stingers + Otto taking height is too tough and she falls. Spiders win!
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Superior Spider-Man 4/5 Life, Scarlet Spider 5/6 Life, Bombastic Bag-Man 4/4 Life, Skrull Infiltrator 1/1 Alive
Post-Game Thoughts : The mobility and autowounds of the Spiders was really tough for the blue team to overcome. The Spiders could stick to someone and just whittle them down. Punk’s AoE autowounds felt really solid, even with just one other figure.
Army Test
Map : City Park (No Glyphs)
Units : Spider-Punk (160), Spider-Man *Otto* (260), Spider-Man (250), Peter Porker (150), Spider-Girl (140), Spider-Cat (40)
= 1000
VS.
Cyclops II (240), Jean Grey (180), Cyclops *AoA* (170), Wolverine (280), Harpoon (130)
= 1000
Spoiler Alert!
Pre-Game Thoughts/Preview : The mutants have some solid range, and a melee monster in Wolverine. The Spiders will have to stay mobile and pick their targets, likely trying to take out Cyclops II first.
Damage Done (Normal Attack) : N/A SPIDER-PUNK RIOT 9 : Used 1 time, 1 wound. FENDER BENDER : 3 unblockables used, 0 wounds. SWING LINE 4 : Used 2 times
ROUND 1 : Spider initiative.
The fighting starts fast as Otto and Scott move their teams up. Cyclops is taking potshots at Spider-Girl, while Spider-Man tries to beat up on Wolverine. The round ends with no units engaged, but the Spiders have the water height in the center.
ROUND 2 : Mutant initiative.
The battle continues, with both sides losing a member in Spider-Girl and AoA Cyclops. Besides that both sides are having solid defense rolls to stay alive.
ROUND 3 : Mutant initiative.
A very slow round, all that happens is Jean takes a few wounds.
ROUND 4 : Mutant initiative.
Things devolve into a messy fight in the center, with both sides taking a few wounds here and there but nothing major.
ROUND 5 : Spider initiative.
Both sides start letting loose, Cyclops drops an Optic Destruction that heavily wounds Spider-Ham, and Otto is killed by Jean throwing him into Wolverine to slice him up. Spider-Man tries to get some distance, but Jean throws him into range of Harpoon who scores the kill.
ROUND 6 : Mutant initiative.
Wolverine starts slicing the Spiders up, chopping through Punk and nearly killing Spider-Ham. The Spiders are in a rough spot with just Spider-Ham and Spider-Cat left.
ROUND 7 : Mutant initiative.
The animals try to fight back, but they just can’t handle the offense and die pretty fast. Mutants win!
Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Wolverine 6/6 Life, Cyclops II 1/5 Life, Harpoon 4/4 Life, Jean Grey 2/4 Life
Post-Game Thoughts : Really fun game between two armies with solid defensive capabilities, but the Spiders just couldn’t finish kills where they needed and the Mutants started to pull away. Spider-Punk was essentially just there to tie up Cyclops after using his 3 die Fender Bender and whiffing.
Thoughts on the Tested Unit's Cost, Balance, and Draftability : Really, really fun autowound centered unit. 160 feels about right thematically from what I’ve seen, but I could see Riot going up in the roll to like...11+? It’s easy to manuever your Spiders with their swinging, and with Superior Spidey it’s an even easier roll. But with 1 win and 1 loss, it’s probably fine if he moves on with the current roll.
General Thoughts on the Tested Unit : The Spider faction is shaping up to be something amazingly fun, that’s one of the most enjoyable PTs I’ve done in a while. Love the autowounds Punk brings, and the decision making of Riot/1 skull Fender Bender/3 skull Fender Bender makes him fun. Great design.

Re: The Book of Spider-Man (Hobie Brown) ~ Breathing
"Roll either" is correct in Fender Bender, not "either roll".
You don't really need to say "per player turn" at the end of SPR, the whole shebang is once per round anyway. No way for him to get it off twice in a player turn. If you're really worried people will take the no-doubling-up clause to mean across the whole game, I'd shorten it down to just say "once per turn".
The "One at a time" bit should say something like "One at a time for each chosen figure".
Re: The Book of Spider-Man (Hobie Brown) ~ Vote for Editing
Changed Fender Bender back.
Riot should read like so?
Once per round, instead of attacking with Spider-Man, you may choose a figure adjacent to each figure you control that has the Rebellious personality or has the Swing Ling or Web Swing special power. One at a time for each chosen figure, roll the 20-sided die, adding 2 to the roll if the chosen figure is a Symbiote. If you roll 9 or higher, the chosen figure receives one wound. Re: The Book of Spider-Man (Hobie Brown) ~ Vote for Editing
I kinda feel like the first part would really be more like:
Once per round, instead of attacking with Spider-Man, for each figure you control that has the Rebellious personality or has the Swing Ling or Web Swing special power, you may choose a figure adjacent to that figure.
Or something. But I don't think anyone would read the current one as needing all your Rebellious dudes next to one guy (since that doesn't make sense) so as is it's probably fine.
