Need more clear timing on the first power here. "At the start of the round" is pretty vague. Is it before/after OMs or initiative.
 
Definitely has to be after Order Markers to work. Is it before or after initiative, though?
 
I think you can just start the sentence with "Before rolling initiative."
 
Pretty sure it should be "After placing Order Markers and before rolling for initiative, " here. Just straight before initiative is still vague in my opinion.
 
You don't need "At the start of the round" at all. You can just start the power with exactly what I put. The whole point is that start of the round covers multiple things and isn't clear so we should lean away from using it.
 
Pro tip...tag the person listed as "art by" to get these updated quicker. Almost missed it. Should be updated now.

Seems like we could switch to the Metalfig here and reduce the mods in this wave. What do you think @fret_gurglo?

Edit: I think this is the only one in the larger Metalfig set that isn’t being used on a card currently other than Roadblock but I think YK said it was a different Roadblock.

Absolutely. I don't think the larger pack was an option when I started Scarlett. I don't want to create work for art updates, but this can definitely be switched out. I suspect that most people who want the figures for the Joes will buy the large pack and use this Scarlett.

As for Roadblock, there is only one G.I.Joe character with the name Roadblock. However, the gun the metal fig is carrying doesn't look big enough to be accurate. Other than that, it would be fine.
 
The figure used for this unit is a Nano Metalfigs figure from the GI Joe set.
Its name is Scarlett.
