Updated SP - Updated 'Holy Smokes, Batman!' so that Robin is actually taking a turn instead of just moving and attacking. Did this to kill turn chains with Songbird and the like.

I'd combine those 2 sentences like so:

“HOLY SMOKES, BATMAN!”
After revealing an Order Marker on a Unique Crime Fighter Hero's card you control and taking a turn with that Hero, if Robin is within 6 clear sight spaces of that Crime Fighter, you may take an immediate turn with Robin. During this turn Robin must end his move adjacent to the activated Hero. During this turn Robinand can only attack if you revealed an Order Marker on a Valiant Crime Fighter. You may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.

For pasteability:

Pirates have initiative. In T1 Corsair moves out firing off a Quickshot at an Evergreen to move into a better position; Songbird flies up and Kick Ass moves up. In T2 Corsair engages Songbird; Songbird misses Corsair and Kick Ass engages Corsair. In T3 Corsair gives Songbird 4 wounds over 4 attacks with his Swordplay; Night Thrasher advances with his Skateboard up under a Palm and has Nova charge up and fly into engagement with Corsair (+3 and an autoskull) one shotting him for the win (5/7 skulls rolled+autoskull vs 2/5 shields)!
Who won and how many wounds did they have? The Crime Fighters won with Songbird bearing 4/5 wounds, and Batman, Robin, Night Thrasher, Kick Ass, Nova, and Daredevil all unwounded.

In T3 Songbird finishes off Korvus from height and Batman moves up punching Ch'od for 3 wounds (4/5 skulls vs whiff!); Corsair slices Nova for 2 wounds over 3 attacks and Raza is blocked by Batman. Raza reveals the X to heal.

In T1 Night Thrasher Flashbangs Raza, Corsair, and Nova and Skates in hitting Corsair for a wound and Nova (+3) Strikes down Corsair (6/7 skulls vs 1/5 shields)!; OM on Corsair. In T2 Night Thrasher Ollies up hitting Raza for a wound and Nova (+4) strikes down Raza (2/8 skulls vs whiff)!; OM on Corsair. In T3 Songbird misses Hepzibah as Batman uses his Flashbang on Ch'od and then hits him with a Bolas and finishes him off from height (4/5 skulls vs whiff)!

In T2 Wolverine advances and Luke holds his ground; Nasty flies up stopping just within 4 spaces of Punisher. In T3 Batman moves up hitting Nasty with a Bolas and Robin moves up next to him; the Darkholder advances.

Nasty reveals and removes the X to teleport up 3 N'garai. Demons have initiative. In T1 an N'Garai moves in slashing Luke for a wound making Wolverine mad; Batman Flashbang's Nasty and 2 N'garai before stepping into engagement with an N'garai and Luke disengages taking a wound enraging Wolverine further as he steps up into engagement with Nasty and an N'garai. In T2 the Darkholder advances and has an N'garai strike at Luke who shrugs off the attack but takes one from the poison fully enraging Wolverine; Wolverine strikes down an N'garai over 3 attacks and then bounds up into the place it had been sitting as Luke hits Nasty for a wound freeing him from the Bolas. In T3 Nasty hits Luke for a wound and royally pisses off Wolverine; Wolverine strikes Nasty 3 times but he expected her and blocked each attack and Luke punches Nasty for a wound.

Nasty summons Robin. Defenders have intiative. In T1 Wolverine slashes Nasty for 2 wounds over 3 attacks and Luke misses Robin; an N'garai finishes off Luke with it's poison bringing back one of it's brethren with his torment. In T2 OM on Luke; the Darkholder has Nasty strike Woilverine for a wound and heal. In T3 OM on Luke; Nasty strikes Wolverine for 3 wounds and takes a wound from the virus. Wolverine reveals the X to heal.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: He's a light touch that is tricky to use effectively but he has a low cost so that helps. He feels like he'd be good anywhere from 50-60 points but I like what 60 does for pairing him with Batman '66.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: Not a whole lot of tricks for Robin but he is useful if not super impactful. The low point cost helps make him worth drafting though and paired with Batman '66 and the right Utility Glyphs he can be pretty impactful.

We do have lots of powers that require you to end moves adjacent to stuff. I’ve just kinda assumes there’s an implied “try your best” clause in there because they don’t really work otherwise.

This is the first one I can think of that has a whole turn involved in it.
