If she was engaged to a single figure, on her turn could she fly over the figure to get a scorched earth attack and then land back in the same exact spot to make a normal attack? Would she take a LEA for this? ( I think so since taking flight would be disengaging)

Any Special Attack is in place of a Normal Attack, so no. But yes she could begin to fly, take the LEA, move over that space, and then land back in the space she took off from.

In what order does Kalagrith attack? Say she flys over enemies but is forced to land on a molten lava tile. Does she make attacks and then roll for lava or does she roll for lava since she moved and landed first and then attack? My point is that if she dies from the lava tile, do her attacks still go off since she’s dead?

Attacking is after moving, so you resolve movement-related things like lava damage before going into the attack.
