I'm happy either way, she won't be an A unit at 150 but I'm cool with that. She'll be more like a B-

Yeah, I honestly think B- sounds about right for her character, though, so I like that. :)
And, with that, I propose we move Jewel to Final Editing at 150 points!

Yea

A slight change to follow ours (& official) precedence:

POWER FLUCTUATIONS
Before taking a turn with Jewel, roll the 20-sided die.
• If you roll 1-5, Jewel may not use any special powers on this Army Card for the remainder of this turn.
• If you roll 6-15, nothing happens.
• If you roll 16 or higher, add one to Jewel's Attack number for the remainder of this turn.

The "nothing happens" bit does seem strange, but I will leave with it, unless somebody else has something better.

I agree, but I'm pretty sure that "nothing happens" has official precedent.

Question about Power Fluctuations - why would it negate her weakness to telepaths or loyalty to fighters?

I can see it cancelling out SS and Flying, but the other two being negated seems odd to me. I don't know the character though.

I like the design and I'll give my yea, just want to make sure this is accurate.

The only thing it would affect is that she would lose the additional attack die if adjacent to a Fighter. Everything else happens after her turn is over.

I guess I could see not including that power in the negation ... it does seem thematically wonky, and I don't think disincluding that would affect her cost any.
Anyone have any wording suggestions for that?

If she loses her powers, would she still try to fight along side Luke Cage and others? I am not so sure.

Hmm, good point. I'm really fine either way. And I do like how clean the wording is now.
Anyone else care to weigh in? Seems to be GP on one side and Griff (and maybe Sir G) on the other right now.

So the power being affected is Fighter Loyalty? How can loyalty fluctuate? :shrug:

:thumbsup: Exactly what I was thinking. Honestly I didn't mind the Fighter power being negated cause I only used it like once in both games.
