Re: The Book of Heat Wave - Design
yea
yea
Yeah, I pretty much touched up everything here, even his goggles. But I definitely held back so that the mini on the card would still look like the figure most people have.

Pass.
- STRATEGY TEST/ Consider whether or not the design offers any real strategy or interesting tactics to the overall game.
Pass. Sure sure. Heat Wave can move through lava field, but still has to be wary of molten lava tiles. His Flamethrower also provides a strategic way to kill weak defense figures, and Fear of Cold requires attention on snow maps.
- Army Test/ Does it pass, Yes or No? What should be the unit's point value? Give a brief summary. Pass at 110. Heat Wave definitely killed his points worth, although it didn’t seem like much. Flamethrower is a fun addition, and it can pick on those flimsy squad figures. Heat Resistant also helps positioning and height advantage on many lava maps.

- Army Test/ Does it pass, Yes or No? What should be the unit's point value? Give a brief summary. Pass at 110. Heat Wave’s Flamethrower really allows him to shine. Incinerating squad and low defense figures is very useful! His base stats are also decent, not to mention Heat Resistant.
Map: Fire Isles
Units: Heat Wave, Zoom, Gorilla Grodd, and Mirror Master (725) vs. Commissioner Gordon, Swamp Thing, Science Police x2, and 5th Precinct Beat Cops x2 (725).
Spoiler Alert!Commissioner Gordon moves first, surrounding himself with 5th Precinct Beat Cops and a Science Police. Gorilla Grodd moves, hitting his Cognizant Control roll to activate Gordon. Luckily he’s completely surrounded by Lawmen, so he cannot be plopped into lava or even moved. Grodd makes Gordon kill a Cop, and some Cops moves, shooting Grodd for a wound and Mirror Master for a wound. Zoom moves and attacks Gordon, who kills an adjacent Beat Cop to live. Some Science Police move, but miss Zoom. Zoom wounds Gordon, and the round ends. A Cop dies to lava, and Gordon dies to Zoom. More Science Police fail to hit Zoom, and Heat Wave moves, incinerating a Cop. Swamp Thing engages Zoom, but he Dodges. Heat Wave moves and uses Flamethrower, killing off 3 Science Police. Swamp Thing wounds Zoom to end the round. Grodd engages a Cop, then rolls 20 on Control to pop Swamp Thing into lava. With the rest of the round open, Zoom misses a Policeman, and Heat Wave Flamethrowers two. In the next round, Grodd, Zoom, and Heat each kill an opposing squad figure to end the game.Spoiler Alert!
Win: Team 1: Gorilla Grodd w/ 1 wound, Zoom w/ 1 wound, Heat Wave, and Mirror Master.
