Might go with this wording, just to clarify that interaction better:

ARROWS OF JUSTICE
At the start of the game, place 1 blue Justice League Marker on this card for each Unique Hero you control with the class of Archer, Champion, Officer, or Vigilante to a maximum of 4. If there is at least one Justice League Marker on this card, after Green Arrow attacks a non-adjacent figure with his normal attack, you may roll the 20-sided die. General thoughts: Trying a more mid-level version of the Ollie team. Can’t quite keep up with the defensive prowess of the Fan 4, and the map made catching Sue fairly difficult here for the range-heavy team.

R4: Archers lead the round. Hawkeye hits Vision for 3 wounds.
R5: Hawkeye gets a wound on Scarlet Spider.

General thoughts: Archer team felt pretty vicious last round, let’s try it against a more Rock stat heavy army. This one was fairly dependent on Hawkeye in a lot of cases, helping a lot with mobility. Ollie was a phenomenal support piece though, able to hop in at a moments notice and potentially secure the kills.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: I dig him. He’s super fun, and a cool team up piece. The combination with Black Canary is still very strong, as he can keep rattling off double attacks even when he’s down to 1 marker without needing an OM. The Dick Grayson pairing can keep her going longer to get a lot of mileage out of it. I could see a bump after these games, as the Archer squad is vicious, but does start losing effectiveness as you have to start putting them in melee (which two of these armies encouraged), but they still got some decent wins here.

I could see Ollie getting a boost in points. His Arrows of Justice is particularly good if you get lucky with the D20 rolls. Ridiculously good with an archer team and Canary. Try to get him on some height away from the action.

Round 2: Wonder Woman shed a marker for the boost. Green Arrow inflicted 1 wound on Grodd in two attacks. Grodd attacks Green Arrow and Green Arrow flips back. Weather Wizard attacks him and Green Arrow doesn’t move.
Round 3: Wonder Woman shed a marker for the boost. Abra Kadabra KO’s Green Arrow. Batman transfers all four of his markers to Wonder Woman.
Wonder Woman getting the rest of these markers proved very useful and the rest of the JLA came charging back, with Wonder Woman outlasting Grodd and Mirror Master in end game.

Unit Summary: Even though Green Arrow died fast and did next to nothing on his own here, his held over markers were key and the armies certainly felt balanced. Ivy’s Greenhouse is a bit difficult for range, so I probably overextended him. I’ll try to hold him back more next time.

Think I could have played the second game a little better and led with Human Robot instead of Awesome Android, but Awesome Android and Dragon Man both fell so quickly and did nothing so it really hurt me in that game.

Thanks guys! Looks like he's coming in a little hot still. We could up his d20 roll, we could raise points a little more, or we could make him have a max of 3 JLA markers. Any of those sound like the best way forward?

I wouldn't want to raise his points any and the JL Markers felt about right to me. Without them, he becomes wholly dependent on Black Canary. So I might try upping the D20 a smidge (14+?). In the second game it hit 7 of 13 times.

Yeah, Canary is a must have, because she lets him get his potential multi-attack on her turn. I like JL Wonder Woman with them too to amp up their attack and defense pretty easily. JL Batman isn't a bad add on either.
