Round 1: Initiative Outsiders. Katana has Metamorpho, Batman, and Geo advance. Batman has Katana and Black Lightning advance.
Flash moves next to an evergreen tree that is next to Batman, destroys the tree, wounding Batman, then throws the Bat Shuriken into swamp water. Black Canary enters the Gundam.
Geo-Force welcomes Flash to the neighborhood by throwing some rock tile down, auto-wounding the speedster and destroying a tree, which also wounds Flash. Then Geo-Force whiffs his attack. Batman Bat-Grapples onto the rock tile Geo laid down and punches Flash for a third wound from height.
Flash sends the Bat-Grapple flying in the opposite direction of the Shuriken, pushes Batman off height, then zooms back to the Gundam for safety. Black Canary moves with the Gundam.
Metamorpho advances and misses an attack. Black Lightning moves next to Metamorpho and knocks a tree into the Gundam for a wound on Gundam.
Flash moves Wonder Woman to height, moves himself adjacent to the Gundam, then heals the Gundam one wound. Black Canary has the Gundam target Black Lightning for an explosive attack with an auto-skull (so Metamorpho is also affected). She rolls all skulls and Batman uses Mission Prep to add to defense. Black Lightning and Metamorpho each take wounds.
Round 2: Wonder Woman sheds a JL Marker. Flash sheds a JL Marker for an initiative boost. Initiative Justice League, with Flash’s boost securing the win. Flash moves himself to height next to the Gundam and destroys an adjacent tree just so it can’t be used against him. Wonder Woman engages Black Lightning from height and hits him for a wound, despite Batman’s use of Mission Prep.
Katanna engages Wonder Woman and can’t hit her. Black Lightning lashes Wonder Woman three times for one wound.
Flash, just for fun, moves next to a Great Evergreen tree and puts a wound on it. Black Canary sheds a JL Marker and Gundam blasts Katanna for three wounds. Wonder Woman tries to finish Black Lightning but instead takes two counter strike wounds. Canary’s cry misses.
Metamorpho engages Wonder Woman and punches her out. Canary’s cry misses. Black Lightning lashes the Gundam for two wounds on three attacks.
Flash moves adjacent to the Gundam and Black Lightning and heals the Gundam one wound. Black Canary sheds a JL Marker and his Metamorpho on an exploding attack that missed Katanna. Flash tries to hit Metamorpho but is counter struck and falls. Canary’s Cry takes out Black Lightning and Katanna, triggering Geo-Force to rally the Outsiders.
Geo-Force advances. Batman picks up his Shuriken. Metamorpho can’t hit Gundam with a 4 skull attack from height disadvantage.
Round 3: Initiative Black Canary. The Gundam shoots Geo-Force for three wounds.
Batman uses Mission Prep and Metamorpho loads up on markers and attacks Gundam but rolls miserably and fails. Geo-Force advances and blasts Gundam for one wound.
Gundam destroys Metamorpho.
Geo-Force takes over. He throws down lava field for an auto-wound on Gundam, then hits Gundam for a wound from height. Batman runs and picks up his grapple.
Gundam KO’s Geo-Force from height disadvantage.
Geo-Force had OM3.
Round 4: Initiative Black Canary. Gundam snipes Batman for a wound.
Batman follows his Mission Prep and destroys the Gundam with Shuriken from height, then hits Black Canary for a wound.
Black Canary can’t hit Batman.
Batman grapples to height and hits her for one wound with Shuriken.
Black Canary hits Batman for a third wound.
Batman can’t finish Canary off.
Round 5: Initiative Batman. He follows the Mission Prep and punches Canary for a wound.
Black Canary finishes Batman off.
Unit Summary: Flash got tons of use out of Fastest Man Alive and also a brutal early reminder of the dangers of overextending himself. He played it a bit more cautious after that until a risky attack put him down in Round 2. Gundam was a beast as always, but Geo-Force and Batman managed to close the gap in end game.
