The Book of Dash Parr

NAME OF THE PLAYTEST UNIT: Dash Parr

Army Test
Map: Country Road
Units: Dash Parr(120), Violet Parr(130), Squirrel Girl(160), Cecil Stedman(180), The Tick(270), Bane(190) Total: 1050 VS Lady Deathstrike(240), Lady Shiva(175), Cheshire(170), Hand Ninja X3(255), Punisher(210) Total: 1050
Spoiler Alert!

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: I think that Dash can work well if used properly, but I made the mistake of moving him away from Violet.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: I like all of Dash’s powers, but Incredible Siblings being named what it is sounds a little off to me. Maybe something like Sibling Rivalry? If I hadn’t made the mistake of moving Dash away from Violet, I feel that the two could have worked well together. I like the power, but I think I got a little ahead of myself because I was more focused on getting in the position to attack.

Ah yes, I often charge ahead myself and has caused me issues. I actually had the power named Sibling Rivalry, but it only triggered if they attacked and didn't deal a wound, so it was like the other one trying to do better than them, but when I went to straight bonding I lost the feeling of the rivalry so I thought this name worked better.

Fwiw, Sibling Rivalry still works as a power name for me with the different mechanics. It still explains why they're both going on the same turn.

Dang it. A little late now, but I just had a thought on how to make it more rivalish  my idea is basically the bonding part is the same but like has a line that goes something like: "During this turn, if Violet Parr attacked but did not inflict any wounds, Dash Parr may add one automatic skull to whatever is rolled as long as he attacks the same figure." Again, I know it's a bit late for a change like that but it would have been cool.

Also has the added benefit of encouraging you to keep them close together.

I had considered several small buffs like that, didn't love any of them. I like where we ended up and I think that Elastigirl will bring the family together.

SUPERSPEED
Dash may move through all figures, never takes leaving engagement attacks, and does not have to stop his movement when entering water spaces. After taking a turn with Dash, if he did not use his Sibling Rivalry
Umm, Dash doesn't have a Sibling Rivalry power?

Re: The Book of Dash Parr - Breathing

SUPERSPEED
Dash may move through all figures, never takes leaving engagement attacks, and does not have to stop his movement when entering water spaces. After taking a turn with Dash, if he diddoes not use his Incredible Siblings special power this turn, he may move up to an additional 4 spaces.

I know I just updated this card, but realized the interaction with Incredible Siblings and Superspeed isn't the clearest so I think we should tweak the wording here a tiny bit. Makes it more clear that you only get one of the two powers to trigger.

The above hasn't been addressed yet.
